Referral & Affiliate Program turns your customers and partners into a sales channel. Every customer gets a personal link and code. When a friend signs up through it, the friend gets a welcome coupon and the customer gets a reward after the friend’s first order is paid. Bloggers, creators and partner sites can apply as affiliates and earn a commission on every order from their links, with a dashboard and payout requests.
One link-tracking engine serves both programs: the same link, the same cookie window and the same ledger. Rewards wait for a paid order status plus a hold period, so refunds and cancellations stop them automatically.
- Refer a friend: personal link and code, copy and share buttons (e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, X), e-mail invitations with limits, a list of friends and rewards.
- Friend reward: a single-use welcome coupon from a promotion you choose (core promotions, “Coupon code (auto-generated)”).
- Referrer reward: store credit (Store Credit Wallet add-on), reward points (core Reward points) or a coupon, as a fixed value or a percent of the friend’s first order.
- Hold and reversal: the reward starts a hold period when the order is paid and is cancelled by a refund or cancel status during the hold.
- Fraud checks: self-referral by e-mail (Gmail dots and +tags), IP, address, phone or payer name; several accounts of one person; existing customers; monthly and total caps; optional manual approval of every reward.
- Affiliate program: application form with your terms, admin approval, a commission in percent or a fixed amount per order, rates per category and per affiliate, a link builder, a dashboard with clicks, orders, commissions and payouts.
- Payouts without automatic money moves: affiliates request a payout of their approved balance; you pay by PayPal or bank transfer and mark it paid. Store credit payouts are credited to the Store Credit Wallet.
- Admin: ledger of rewards and commissions with bulk approve/reject and CSV, affiliates, payouts, category rates, referrers and their codes.
- Consent and full page cache: the referral cookie respects the Cookie Consent Mode add-on; pages stay cacheable for all guests.
- Multi-Vendor: commissions and rewards are a marketplace cost; vendor payouts do not change.
