Section titled “[1.0.0] - 2026-10-24”- Log of every outgoing e-mail: time, recipient type, template, from, to, CC, BCC, reply-to, subject, size, status, transport, duration and the mail server’s error; order, customer and vendor links.
- Stored messages (configurable, never for sensitive templates), sandboxed preview with blocked remote images, text and HTML views; attachment metadata and optional copies with a size limit.
- Search and filters, status counts, bulk resend, cancel and delete, resend of all failed e-mails, CSV export, E-mails tabs on order and customer pages.
- Resend to the original recipients or to other addresses.
- Background sending: direct, at the end of the request or by cron; immediate templates; retries with backoff for temporary errors; per-minute rate limit; queue sent before the add-on is disabled or uninstalled.
- Templates page with counts and a one-click mute switch per template.
- Test e-mail with the SMTP conversation (credentials hidden) and SPF, DMARC and MX checks.
- Privacy tools (find, export, anonymize, delete by e-mail address), core GDPR integration, retention for entries and messages.
- Multi-Vendor: vendors see the e-mails of their own orders (optional, read-only).
- License client with status card, self-healing upgrade synchronizer.
