Sync your CS-Cart customers, marketing consent, order events, abandoned checkouts and catalog to your own Klaviyo or Brevo account, with a consent log, retries and a history import.
Key features
Section titled “Key features”- One connection to Klaviyo (private API key, API revision 2024-10-15) or Brevo (API key, API v3). You use your own account; its plan and limits apply.
- Opt-in checkbox at checkout, on the registration form and in My account > Profile, unticked by default, with your own text.
- Consent log: every opt-in and opt-out with time, source (checkout, registration, profile, Newsletters, import), consent text and IP address; CSV export.
- Opted-in customers are subscribed to the list you choose; unticking the box in the profile removes them from it.
- Customer profiles with name, phone (international format) and address; profile properties: customer ID, storefront, language.
- Events: Placed Order (once per order, when the order first gets a status that reserves stock), Ordered Product per line (Klaviyo), Fulfilled Order and Cancelled Order on the statuses you choose, Started Checkout for abandoned checkout flows and Viewed Product for signed-in customers.
- Server side only: no tracking script on your storefront, guest pages stay cacheable.
- Queue with retries (5 minutes to 24 hours, then failed), sent right after the page, by cron or with Send now.
- History import: customer profiles, existing subscribers (this add-on, core Newsletters, core Email marketing) with their original consent time, past orders.
- Bridge for the core Newsletters add-on: its subscription checkboxes count as consent.
- Catalog: a JSON feed URL for the Klaviyo custom catalog source, or a daily product sync to Brevo.
- CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate (one connection for all storefronts, storefront name as a profile property) and Multi-Vendor (marketplace level, vendors have no access).
Tested
Section titled “Tested”All flows were tested on CS-Cart 4.17.2 and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 against a local server that answers like the Klaviyo and Brevo APIs. A test with a live Klaviyo or Brevo account was not part of our tests.
