Usage

Everything is a normal block of the Loud layout (Design → Layouts, home page):

Block Template What to set
Loud type wall Type wall (products) Lines 1-3 (line 2 is outlined), ring text, button label and link, note. Pick one product: its image crosses the words, its price and promotion countdown go on the sticker, its sizes go in the bar. Transparent PNG / WebP cut-outs look best.
Loud ticker, Loud ticker 2 HTML One message per line.
Loud chips Department chips (categories) The categories shown as chips in the header of “The index”.
The index The index (products) Any product filling; note next to the title, Show all link, numbers, image peek.
Loud posters HTML Campaign, collab and sale poster. Or switch to a banners block with the Posters (Loud theme) template: banner name = headline (“|” breaks the line), image = cut-out, URL = link, banner meta = eyebrow, lead, button label and a promotion for the sale timer.
Drop calendar Drop calendar (products) Pick the drop products.
Departments Department words (categories) Categories; an extra word with its link (e.g. Sale → products.on_sale).
Notes Blog Your latest blog posts as numbered notes.
Loud trust row HTML Four short promises.
  • Upcoming: set Available since (product page, Availability) to the drop date and time. Until then the calendar shows the date and “Notify me”. Set the stock to 0 and Out of stock actions to Sign up for notification so shoppers can subscribe on the product page.
  • Live: after the drop time the row turns into “Live: shop now” (also on cached pages, in the shopper’s browser).
  • Sold out: stock 0 after the drop date.
  • Drop tag: a product feature named Drop (select box: “Drop 08”) shows as a tag on rows, a stamp on the image strip and in the drop box.
  • Per-size stock: use product variations with a variation feature named Size. The size squares link to the variations, sold-out sizes are struck through and “Last 2” shows when two or fewer are left.
  • Without variations: a product option named Size. To mark a size sold out, set that option variant’s status to Disabled: Loud still shows it, struck through.
  • Colour dots: a product feature named Colour (or Color). The dot uses the variant’s colour (feature style “colour”) or the colour of common colour words (Black, Bone, Navy, Olive…).
  • Fit line: a feature named Fit (“True to size”).

Category, search and vendor pages use the Rows view (the theme sets it as the default product list view). A Rows / Posters switch next to the sorting turns the rows into poster cards; the shopper’s choice is remembered in their browser, and links with ?lo_view=posters open the posters directly. The stock views stay available in the view switcher; a separate Posters list view can be enabled in Settings → Appearance → product list views.

When an active catalog promotion with an end date covers the category (category condition or products of the category), the giant category word gets a round sticker with the discount and the countdown.

Vendor pages show the shop name at poster size with rating, product count, location and member since. Rows show the seller under the product name.
