Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons → EU Omnibus Lowest Price (30 days) (or the gear icon). In CS-Cart Ultimate the General settings can differ per storefront; the Recording settings apply to the whole installation.

General
Section titled “General”| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Show the lowest price label | On | Switches the storefront label on or off. Prices are recorded in both cases. |
| Show the label | Only when a reduction is shown | Only when a reduction is shown: next to a catalog promotion discount or a list price strike-through, which is when the directive asks for the prior price. Always: next to every price. |
| Period (days) | 30 | The comparison period. The directive uses 30 days. Allowed: 1–365. |
| Lowest price calculation | Before the reduction (directive) | Before the reduction: the lowest final price in the period before the current price took effect, which is the “prior price” of the directive. A change of only the list price does not count as a new reduction. Rolling: last N days: the lowest final price of the last N days, today included (useful with Always). |
| When no earlier price is recorded | Show the current price | If the price never changed since recording started (or since the oldest kept row), the current price is the lowest known price. Choose Hide the label to show nothing in that case. |
| Also show the label in product lists | Off | Category pages, search results and product blocks. The product page always shows it (when the mode allows). |
| Label text | (empty) | Your own wording with the placeholders [price] and [days], for example Prior price: [price]. Empty uses the language variable kv_omnibus_price_history.label (Lowest price in the last [days] days: [price]), which you can also edit in Administration → Languages → Translations, per language. |
| Compliance note | A short reminder of what the add-on does and does not do. |
Recording
Section titled “Recording”| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Full check every (hours) | 24 | Every product is compared with its last recorded price at this interval, so changes made outside the product editor (API, scripts, direct database updates) are recorded too. Product edits, imports and promotion changes are recorded right away and do not wait for this. 1–168. |
| Products per batch | 200 | Products checked per batch. Lower it on slow servers. 20–2000. |
| Keep ended prices for (days) | 400 | Price rows that ended earlier are deleted once a day. Current prices are always kept. At least 60, so the 30-day comparison always has its data. |
| Record while administrators use the admin panel | On | Without a cron job, the add-on works through its queue after admin pages are sent (at most once a minute, a few seconds each time). |
| Cron key | (generated) | The secret key of the cron URL. Change it to invalidate the old URL. |
| Cron | The cron command, the cron URL and the state of the recording (full check progress, queued products, last run). |
License
Section titled “License”The license status is shown in a License card at the top of the add-on page, above the tabs, so you see it on every tab. The License tab holds the key itself. The key is stored once for the whole installation.

The License card shows:
- the status in color: green when valid, blue for a development host or the 14-day period before a key is required (with the days left), amber when the license server could not be reached (with the days left) or a Marketplace number is still being verified, red when the add-on is switched off;
- in plain words what the status means and, when the add-on is (or will be) switched off, what stops: the lowest-price labels are hidden on the storefront; price changes are still recorded and the history stays available in the admin panel, so no gap appears when the license is valid again;
- the licensed domain, every storefront with its result (covered, development host, not covered), the end of the updates and support period, the last and the next check, and the key in use (masked);
- the actions Enter license key / Change license key (opens the License tab), Check now (verifies at once and stays on the page), Manage license (your licenses on cs-cart.kaviolabs.com) and, without a valid license, Buy a license.
In Add-ons → Manage add-ons the add-on’s row shows a small license badge next to its name, for example License: Valid or License: Pending · 9 days left. The Omnibus price history page shows the license status in a bar at the top.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| License key | Your Kavio Labs license key (KAVIO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, from My licenses on cs-cart.kaviolabs.com) or your CS-Cart Marketplace license number. If you entered the Marketplace license number in Add-ons → Manage add-ons (the add-on’s license field), leave this empty: the add-on uses that number. |
| License status | Points to the License card and explains what the check sends. |
What the license covers. A license is bound to the base domain you entered at purchase (for example example.com) and covers every subdomain of it (www.example.com, shop.example.com, staging.example.com). Local development hosts are always allowed: localhost, 127.0.0.1 and other private IP addresses, and host names ending in .localhost, .test, .local, .example or .invalid. A store on a different base domain needs its own license. If you move your store to a new domain, contact support.
When the add-on checks. When you save the key, and then once a day. The check runs only in the admin panel (on a page you open) or from cron, never while customers browse the storefront, and takes a few seconds at most. A cron job keeps the license verified even when nobody opens the admin panel:
php /home/yourstore/public_html/admin.php --dispatch=kv_omnibus_price_history_license.checkWhat is sent. The check sends this to https://cs-cart.kaviolabs.com and nothing else: the license key, the add-on ID and version, the host names of your storefronts, your CS-Cart version and edition, and a random one-time value. No customer, product, price or order data is sent. The server answers with a digitally signed result, so a forged answer is ignored.
Statuses.
| Status (card) | Color | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Valid | Green | The license is valid for this domain. Everything works. |
| Development host | Blue | The store runs on a local development host, which every license covers. Everything works. |
| Pending verification | Amber | A CS-Cart Marketplace license number was accepted, but the Marketplace has not confirmed it yet. Everything works. |
| Pending · N days left | Blue | No verified key yet (a new installation). Everything works for 14 days. |
| Grace period · N days left | Amber | The last checks failed (for example a network problem). The add-on keeps working for 14 days after the first failed check. |
| Not activated, Invalid key, Revoked, Domain mismatch, Not verified | Red | The lowest-price labels are hidden on the storefront. Price changes are still recorded, and the Price history tab, the history page and the CSV export keep working, so no gap appears in the history. Domain mismatch shows the licensed domain next to the domain your store runs on. |
When your updates and support period ends, the add-on keeps working. Only updates and support stop.
License information appears in the admin panel only, and only for administrators who may manage add-ons; vendors and customers never see it.
