Yes. You sell with your own CDON seller account; the add-on uses your merchant ID and API token. CDON decides which markets your account may sell in.

Which editions and versions are supported?

Section titled “Which editions and versions are supported?”

CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate 4.17.2 to 4.21.x. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner can use one CDON account for everyone or let each vendor connect their own.

Section titled “My store sells in EUR or USD. How are SEK, DKK and NOK prices made?”

Per market: CS-Cart price x exchange rate (your own rate on the Rules page, or the rate of the currency in Administration > Currencies), then your markup and price ending in the market currency. CDON order amounts are converted back with the same rate.

Do I have to translate my products into Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian?

Section titled “Do I have to translate my products into Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian?”

No. The add-on sends the languages your store has; CDON translates titles and descriptions that are missing in a market language.

What happens when CDON is down or limits my calls?

Section titled “What happens when CDON is down or limits my calls?”

Jobs wait and are retried automatically; on a rate limit the add-on waits until the window CDON names resets. Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.

Stock and price push and the import of new CDON orders stop until the license is valid; your links and settings are kept.

My license shows “Pending verification”

Section titled “My license shows “Pending verification””

This status appears in older add-on versions when you use a CS-Cart Marketplace license number that our license server has not matched with the Marketplace yet. The add-on is fully working in this state: no feature is switched off and you do not need to do anything. Newer versions show it as Active (Marketplace license). We confirm Marketplace numbers on our side; click Check now on the add-on’s License tab (Add-ons → Manage add-ons → the add-on) a little later and it shows Active. If it has not changed after 24 hours, contact support with your Marketplace order number.

Work through the troubleshooting guide, then contact support with your CS-Cart version, edition, PHP version and the add-on version (1.0.0).
