  • CS-Cart or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x (tested on CS-Cart 4.17.2, Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 and Multi-Vendor 4.21.2 with PHP 8.3).
  • PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3. No extra PHP extensions and no cron job.
  1. In the admin panel, go to Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the gear icon and choose Manual installation.
  2. Upload the add-on archive and click Upload & install.
  3. Enter your license key in the add-on’s License tab (see License).
  4. Review the settings (see Configuration): especially the order statuses that count and your payment fee.
  5. Enter cost prices: on the product pages, in the product list, with bulk edit or by import (see Usage).
  6. Open Orders → Profit reports.

New orders get their cost snapshot automatically. Orders placed before the installation have none: open Orders → Profit reports → Tools and click Create snapshots for a date range. These snapshots use today’s cost prices and are marked as estimated. If you have no cost prices yet, Fill cost prices sets them as a percentage of the product price (for example 60 %) so you can start with rough figures and refine them later.

  1. Upload the new package the same way. Your settings, cost prices and order snapshots are kept; the add-on repairs its own tables and settings on the first request.
  2. Delete the cache folder var/cache or clear the cache in Administration → Storage.

See CHANGELOG for what changed in each version.

Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the add-on’s gear button and choose Uninstall. Uninstalling removes the add-on’s settings, language variables and database tables, including all cost prices and order snapshots. Export your cost prices first (product export, column Cost price) if you may need them again.
