Add-on settings
Section titled “Add-on settings”Open Add-ons > Manage add-ons > CJ Dropshipping Connector > Settings.

Connection
Section titled “Connection”The API key is entered on the Connection tab and stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM, key derived from your store’s own secret). It is never shown again; leave the field empty to keep the saved key.
- Mode. CJ has no separate sandbox host. Test mode sends orders with the sandbox flag (payment simulated, nothing fulfilled); Live mode sends real orders. The API key is the same.
- Register webhooks. Registers your HTTPS address for the product, stock, order and logistics topics. CJ signs each message with the openId of your CJ account; the add-on learns it when it connects and keeps it encrypted.
Rules (Rules tab)
Section titled “Rules (Rules tab)”Per CJ account (the marketplace account or one vendor).

The queue runs from cron. Use either the command line or the secret web address shown in the Cron section of the settings:

Log and jobs
Section titled “Log and jobs”- Log lists every call, job and webhook with filters (level, action, text, dates) and a CSV export.
- Jobs lists the queue. A job that fails is retried after 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours and 12 hours, then marked “Gave up”; use Retry to queue it again.
Multi-Vendor
Section titled “Multi-Vendor”In the vendor panel a vendor sees only their own records. With the marketplace owner mode off the vendor also gets the Connection and Rules tabs for their own CJ account. Queue-wide actions (cron, “Run the queue now”) are administrator-only.
