Hearth theme

Edition: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor · Latest version: 1.0.0 · Compatible with: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 – 8.3 · Changelog: view

Hearth is a classic, conversion-first storefront theme for home & furniture, home decor and lifestyle stores: sofas and beds next to lamps, rugs, tableware and candles. Every standard e-commerce element sits where shoppers expect it, and the whole store is lit like one photo shoot: room photography with floating solid cards, and product images standing in warm studio-sweep wells with a soft floor shadow.

Hearth, Clay style, home page

  • The Hearth theme, a child of the standard Responsive theme, so every add-on keeps working.
  • Four styles:
    • Clay (default): warm white, terracotta buttons, a charcoal top bar and sand studio wells.
    • Coast: cool white with deep sea blue, square corners, hairline product cards and a tracked capital-letter menu.
    • Rattan: cream with black buttons and a honey top bar; soft 20 px corners, pill buttons and a heavier headline weight.
    • Evening (dark): blue-black with copper buttons and lamp-lit dark product wells.
  • Header: a top bar with your promises (free delivery, returns, assembly) and your quick links, then your logo, a big search, labelled Account, Wish list and Cart icons with counters, and the category bar with a mega menu: subcategory columns and a room photo of the category (“Shop the room”); Sale in the sale colour.
  • Homepage: a hero slider of room photos with floating cards (eyebrow, headline, text, two buttons; edited as banners), a promise strip, Shop by room photo tiles, Popular categories in studio wells, Best sellers / New arrivals / On sale as tabs, two promo banners, Complete the look (a room photo next to the pieces in it, each with a checkbox, a live total and one button that adds the checked pieces), new arrivals, maker wordmarks (on Multi-Vendor: maker cards), store reviews, inspiration posts, the newsletter and a full footer.
  • Product cards: studio-sweep image well with the second image on hover, tags (sale %, New, Only n left), wish list heart, quick view, the material line (“Boucle · Solid oak”), name, rating, price, colour swatches (variations or colour options) and a delivery line (“Ships in 2-4 days”, “Made to order: 5-7 weeks”).
  • Category pages: subcategory chips with images, product filters restyled (price slider, colour swatches, material, width, delivery time), sorting, grid and list views, quick view and a promo tile in the grid.
  • Product pages: a large gallery with a zoom lens, colour swatches for variations, option chips with their price difference, a dimensions summary linked to the specifications, the stock line, a delivery panel with estimated delivery dates, assembly and returns, the stock tabs (description, features as a specifications table, reviews), Frequently bought together and You may also like; a sticky add-to-cart bar.
  • Multi-Vendor: maker cards on the homepage and a shop header on every vendor page (logo, name, rating, product count, city and the start of the shop description) above the vendor’s products and filters.
  • Phones: compact header with the search below, a bottom bar (Home, Rooms, Search, Saved, Cart), swipe rows for rooms, products and posts, a filter sheet, a swipe gallery and the sticky add-to-cart bar.
  • Installs with complete demo content: the store looks finished right after activation.
  • Self-hosted fonts (Outfit and Hanken Grotesk, SIL Open Font License); no external font requests.
  • CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate 4.17.2 – 4.21.x (tested on 4.17.2 and 4.21.2).
  • PHP 7.2.5 to 8.3, depending on your CS-Cart version.
  • Works with the full page cache of 4.21: theme output holds no visitor data; delivery dates and bundle totals are calculated in the browser.

Hearth uses a domain-bound licence like every Kavio Labs product. Without a valid licence (after the 14-day period of a new installation, or 14 days after the licence server became unreachable) the storefront shows the standard Responsive look instead of the Hearth design; cart, checkout and orders keep working and visitors see no message.
