Installation and setup

  • CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 or later.
  • Administrator access to the store’s admin panel.
  • An N11 seller account with API access: an API account (appKey and appSecret) created in the N11 seller panel, and at least one delivery template (see “Get the API credentials”).
  • A cron job on your server (see step 6).
  1. Download the kv_n11-<version>.zip package from your Kavio Labs or CS-Cart Marketplace account.
  2. In the admin panel, open Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
  3. Click the gear button and choose Manual installation, then upload the archive.
  4. Find N11 Marketplace Connector in the list and make sure its status is Active.
  5. Enter your license key under Settings > License (Kavio Labs downloads) and click Check now.
  1. Sign in to the N11 seller panel (so.n11.com) and open the API account / integration section of your account to create an API account. N11 shows an application key (appKey) and a secret (appSecret); copy both. The exact menu path and who may create it are shown in the N11 help centre; ask N11 seller support if the section is missing.
  2. In the seller panel create a delivery template (Delivery information) and note its exact name.
  3. N11 has no sandbox. Plan the first run with a few products of your own.
  1. Open Orders > N11 (the add-on page) and the Connection tab, or Add-ons > Manage add-ons > N11 Marketplace Connector > Settings and click Connection.
  2. Enter the API key and API secret, the integrator name (your company name) and the shipment template name. Save and click Test connection: a green message with the product count means the credentials work. Test and live mode are separate credential sets that both call the real N11 API.
  3. N11 has no webhook for sellers: nothing has to be registered at N11.
  4. Set the mode to Live when you are ready; the same credentials can be stored for both modes.
  5. Choose the order statuses that start the work (see Configuration).
  6. Add the cron job from the settings page (Cron section), every minute is fine. Overlapping runs are prevented.

By default the marketplace owner connects one account for all vendors (Marketplace owner mode on). Switch it off to let each vendor connect their own N11 account in the vendor panel (Connection tab).

  1. Upload the new package the same way. Your settings, credentials and data are kept.
  2. The add-on adds missing tables and settings by itself on the first request after the update.

See CHANGELOG for what changed in each version.

Open Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click the add-on’s gear button and choose Uninstall. This removes the add-on’s settings, language variables and database tables, including the stored credentials.
