Installation and setup

Requirements

• CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 or later.
• Administrator access to the store’s admin panel.
• A Przelewy24 merchant account. In the Przelewy24 panel (My account, My data, API data and configuration) you find the POS ID (account ID), the API key (also called reports key) and the CRC key. The sandbox account is switched on in the panel under My account, SANDBOX account, after your production account is approved. Przelewy24 may require your server IP address to be entered in the same API data section.
• A cron job on your server (see step 6).

Install the add-on

1. Download the kv_przelewy24-<version>.zip package from your Kavio Labs or CS-Cart Marketplace account.
2. In the admin panel, open Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
3. Click the gear button and choose Manual installation, then upload the archive.
4. Find Przelewy24 Payments in the list and make sure its status is Active.
5. Enter your license key under Settings > License (Kavio Labs downloads) and click Check now.

Connect Przelewy24

1. Open Orders > Przelewy24 (the add-on page) and the Connection tab, or Add-ons > Manage add-ons > Przelewy24 Payments > Settings and click Connection.
2. Choose Test mode and enter the sandbox POS ID, API key and CRC key. Save and click Test connection: a green message (it also names the number of payment methods of the account) means the credentials work. Leave Merchant ID empty unless Przelewy24 gave you a merchant ID that differs from the POS ID.
3. Nothing to enter at Przelewy24 for notifications: the notification address (urlStatus) is sent with every transaction. It must be reachable from the internet (not behind a login or an IP filter); Przelewy24 publishes the IP ranges its servers use if you want to filter.
4. Switch to Live mode and enter the live POS ID, API key and CRC key only after a successful test; test again.
5. Open Administration > Payment methods, add a method, choose the processor Przelewy24 and activate it. Choose which methods the customer sees on the Przelewy24 page (all, BLIK only, cards only or pay-by-link only) and an optional time to pay.
6. Add the cron job from the settings page (Cron section), every minute is fine. Overlapping runs are prevented.

Multi-Vendor

The marketplace owner connects one Przelewy24 account; all orders of the marketplace are paid to it and vendor payouts are handled by Multi-Vendor (commissions and payouts) as for any other payment method. Per-vendor Przelewy24 accounts are not part of version 1.0.

Update

1. Upload the new package the same way. Your settings, credentials and data are kept.
2. The add-on adds missing tables and settings by itself on the first request after the update.

Uninstall

Open Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click the add-on’s gear button and choose Uninstall. This removes the add-on’s settings, language variables and database tables, including the stored credentials.
