General
Section titled “General”| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Enable | On | When off, no new work is started. Jobs and push events of work that is already under way are still processed. |
| Marketplace owner mode | On | On: every order is processed with the marketplace owner’s account and vendors have no connection page. Off: each vendor connects their own account. |
| Debug log | Off | Also stores every HTTP call with masked request and response. The API password is masked. |
| Log retention (days) | 90 | Older log entries are removed by the cron run. |
| Create the label when the order status becomes | empty | Empty = create packets and labels by hand on the order page. |
| Also create a CS-Cart shipment | On | Records the Packeta barcode as a regular shipment so the customer’s notifications show it. |
| Widget countries | cz,sk | Countries whose pick-up points the checkout widget offers (cz, sk, hu, ro, pl). A customer whose shipping address is in one of them sees only that country. |
| Offer Z-BOXes in the widget | On | Adds the Z-BOX parcel lockers of Czechia, Slovakia and Romania. |
| Partner pick-up point carrier ids | empty | Carrier ids (comma separated, from the carrier list of your client section) offered by the method “Packeta partner pick-up point”. |
| Label format | PDF, or ZPL for thermal printers. | |
| PDF label layout | A6 on A6 | Layout of Packeta labels: A6 on A6, A7 on A7, A6 on A4, A7 on A4, 105x35 mm on A4, A8 on A8. Carrier labels are always A6. |
| ZPL resolution | 203 | 203 or 300 dpi (Packeta ZPL labels support A6 and A7). |

| Home delivery carriers | CZ=106,SK=131,HU=4159,RO=4161 | Carrier id per destination country for “Packeta home delivery” (official carrier list). |
| Default parcel weight (kg) | 1 | Used when no product of the order has a weight. |
| Use carrier labels for home delivery | On | Home delivery packets get the carrier label (A6) when the carrier supports it, otherwise the Packeta label. Off = always the Packeta label (Packeta asks to keep that below 2 % of the volume). |
Shipping method (Configure tab)
Section titled “Shipping method (Configure tab)”| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Price | Charged to the customer, in the store’s primary currency. A method without a price is not offered. |
| Free shipping from | Order subtotal from which the price is 0. Empty = never free. |
| Countries | Destination countries of the method, ISO codes (default CZ,SK). |
| Maximum weight (kg) | The method is hidden for heavier carts. Carrier limits differ (for example 5 kg for Czech Packeta pick-up points and home delivery); see the country pages of docs.packeta.com. |
Prices: Packeta has no public price list for an e-shop’s customers (your prices come from your contract), so the shipping price at checkout is the price you enter.
Currencies: Packeta accepts the currency of the destination country (CZK, EUR for Slovakia, HUF, RON), and any other currency only with a currency conversion set up in your client section. The add-on converts the order total with the store’s exchange rate into the destination currency and sends it as the packet value (insurance, capped at the documented limit of 20 000 CZK or 700 EUR) and as COD. Add the destination currency to the store (Administration > Currencies); without it the packet is refused with a clear message. COD in CZK is rounded to whole crowns and in HUF to multiples of 5, as Packeta requires.
Connection
Section titled “Connection”Credentials are not ordinary settings: they are entered on the Connection page and stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM, key derived from your store’s own secret). They are never shown again; leave a secret field empty to keep the saved value.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Mode | Test and Live are two sets of credentials on the same Packeta API (Packeta has no sandbox). |
| API key | 16 letters and digits from client section > Support. Public by design (the widget uses it in the browser). |
| API password | The long secret of the same page. Sent only to Packeta, in the body of each API call. |
| Push tracking signing key | Optional. Given by Packeta when they enable push tracking. |
| Sender indication | The sender configured in client section > Senders (the eshop field of a packet). |
| Push tracking URL | Shown for the Packeta integration team. |
The queue runs from cron. Use either the command line or the secret web address shown in the Cron section of the settings:
php /path/to/store/admin.php --dispatch=kv_packeta.cronhttps://your-store.example/index.php?dispatch=kv_packeta.cron&key=<secret>
Log and jobs
Section titled “Log and jobs”- Log lists every call, job and push event with filters (level, action, text, dates) and a CSV export.
- Jobs lists the queue. A job that fails is retried after 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours and 12 hours, then marked “Gave up”; use Retry to queue it again.
Multi-Vendor
Section titled “Multi-Vendor”In the vendor panel a vendor sees only their own records. With the marketplace owner mode off the vendor also gets the Connection tab for their own account.
