FAQ
Is the add-on a “plateforme agréée”? No. Only accredited platforms (on the DGFiP list) may exchange e-invoices with the tax administration. The add-on prepares and checks your Factur-X invoices and e-reporting data and sends them to the platform you have an account with. It helps you comply; it does not certify anything.
Since when does the reform apply to me? All companies must be able to receive e-invoices from 1 September 2026. Large and mid-size companies issue e-invoices and report from 1 September 2026; SMEs and micro-enterprises from 1 September 2027. Check your own situation with your accountant.
Which platforms work? SUPER PDP through its API; any platform that offers the standard AFNOR Flow API (XP Z12-013); every other platform through a manual upload of the files the add-on prepares.
Has it been tested with a live platform? The SUPER PDP and AFNOR drivers were tested against a local mock that follows the platforms’ published API descriptions (paths, bodies, answers, errors). They have not yet been run against a live sandbox account. Use the test mode / sandbox of your platform first.
Which Factur-X profile? EN 16931 (Comfort), PDF/A-3 with the CII XML, with the French reform fields. Ask your platform whether it needs another profile.
Do B2C customers get an e-invoice through the platform? No. B2C sales are reported as daily totals (e-reporting); the customer can download the Factur-X PDF from the order page.
Can I keep my current invoice numbers? The add-on numbers its invoices with its own gapless series (pattern in the settings). Use a prefix that differs from other invoice numbers in your store.
What happens to old orders? Create their invoices from the order page or with the bulk action. Their date is the creation date.
Does it change prices or taxes? No. It reads the order as it is, in both CS-Cart tax calculation methods. If an order’s total does not match what the invoice adds up to (for example a fixed-amount tax), the check fails and nothing is sent.
One VAT regime for everybody? Yes: the e-reporting periods follow the VAT regime set in the add-on settings. In Multi-Vendor vendor mode, a vendor with another regime keeps its own periods in its platform account.
What happens to my invoices if I uninstall the add-on? They stay in the database, with the numbering, the connection and the settings, because you must keep invoices for years. Installing the add-on again continues where you left off. Only the setting Permanently delete all invoice data on uninstall makes an uninstall delete them.
My license shows “Pending verification”
Section titled “My license shows “Pending verification””This status appears in older add-on versions when you use a CS-Cart Marketplace license number that our license server has not matched with the Marketplace yet. The add-on is fully working in this state: no feature is switched off and you do not need to do anything. Newer versions show it as Active (Marketplace license). We confirm Marketplace numbers on our side; click Check now on the add-on’s License tab (Add-ons → Manage add-ons → the add-on) a little later and it shows Active. If it has not changed after 24 hours, contact support with your Marketplace order number.
