Part of the BOX NOW Lockers documentation. Previous: Installation. Next: Usage.
Connection page
Section titled “Connection page”| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| BOX NOW country | Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria or Croatia. It selects the API host (api-stage.boxnow.<country> / api-production.boxnow.<country>), the locker list, the map and the tracking page. The locker method is offered only for delivery addresses in this country. |
| Environment | Stage (sandbox) or Production. Each has its own client id and secret. |
| OAuth client id / secret | From BOX NOW. Secrets are stored encrypted and never shown again; an empty field keeps the stored one. |
| API URL (optional) | Only when BOX NOW sent a host other than the standard one. https on a boxnow.gr, .cy, .bg or .hr host only. |
| Map widget partner id | The partnerId of the BOX NOW map, if BOX NOW gave you one. |
| X-PartnerID | Only for credentials that manage several partners (BOX NOW error P440). Leave empty otherwise. |
| Origin | A warehouse id from your BOX NOW origins (listed after a successful test) or any-apm when you drop parcels at any locker. With any-apm every parcel needs a compartment size. |
| Return location | Warehouse id where customer returns go; empty = the origin warehouse. |
| Sender name, phone, e-mail | Sent as the origin contact. Phone in the international format. |
Test connection logs in and lists your warehouses. If BOX NOW refuses the credentials, every automatic call of that account (cron, checkout, webhooks) pauses until you save or test the credentials again, so a wrong secret is never sent over and over.
Add-on settings
Section titled “Add-on settings”| Setting | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Locker choice at the checkout | Official map | Production accounts can use the official BOX NOW map; the built-in list is the fallback and the only choice on Stage (the map shows Production lockers only). |
| Request the delivery when the order status becomes | empty | Empty = by hand only. The automatic request uses one parcel, the default size and the cash on delivery rule below. |
| Create a CS-Cart shipment | on | The customer sees the parcel id and the BOX NOW tracking link. |
| Label format | PDF or ZPL; ZPL resolution 200 or 300 dpi. | |
| Default compartment size | Medium | Small 8 x 45 x 60 cm, Medium 17 x 45 x 60 cm, Large 36 x 45 x 60 cm. |
| Parcel weight when products have none | 1 kg | BOX NOW takes at most 20 kg per parcel. |
| Allow the customer to return the parcel | on | allowReturn; can be changed per delivery. |
| Cash on delivery payment methods | none | Orders paid with a checked method are sent as cash on delivery with the order total in EUR (above 0, below 5000). Your BOX NOW account must allow cash on delivery. |
| Order number prefix | empty | Use it when several stores share one BOX NOW account. |
| E-mail BOX NOW notifies | empty | Optional notifyOnAccepted: BOX NOW e-mails the label for every new delivery. |
| Marketplace owner mode (Multi-Vendor) | on | On: the owner’s account serves every vendor; vendors see their deliveries but cannot request or cancel. Off: each vendor connects their own BOX NOW account in the vendor panel. |
Shipping method (Configure tab)
Section titled “Shipping method (Configure tab)”- Price: flat price, or a weight table
2=2.90, 5=3.50, 20=6.90(up to kg = price). - Free from: order subtotal from which the method is free.
- Maximum weight: at most 20 kg.
- Delivery time text: optional text next to the price.
The method is hidden when the cart is heavier than the limit, when a product box (product shipping properties, length / width / height in cm) does not fit the largest compartment (60 x 45 x 36 cm), when the delivery address is outside the account’s country, or when the account is not connected.
Content Security Policy
Section titled “Content Security Policy”CS-Cart sends no restrictive Content-Security-Policy by default. If your server adds one, allow https://widget-cdn.boxnow.<country> in script-src and https://widget-v5.boxnow.<country> in frame-src so the map can load; otherwise the customer gets the built-in list.
