An MCP server inside your CS-Cart store. Connect the AI assistant you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, n8n or any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol) and ask it about your store in plain language: “How did sales this week compare with last week?”, “Which orders are still unpaid?”, “What is running out of stock?”, “Rewrite the meta description of this product”. The agent reads only what its connection allows, and every change it proposes waits for your approval.
Key features
Section titled “Key features”- 17 tools for the AI client: store information, sales summary with the previous period and a daily series, best sellers, order search and details, product search and details, low stock, categories, customer search and details, change requests.
- Changes only with your approval: price, stock, product status, product texts (name, descriptions, page title, meta tags, search words) and order status. The agent creates a change request with the old and the new value; you approve or reject it in Website > AI Agent Connector > Change requests, one by one or in bulk.
- Stale guard: a request is applied only while the stored value still equals the value the agent saw. Requests expire after 7 days (setting).
- Scoped connections: each connection has its own access token and scopes (catalog, orders, customers, reports; read or write), an expiry date and an optional auto-approve.
- Customer privacy: names, e-mails, phones and addresses only for connections with the customers.read scope; otherwise first names and masked e-mails.
- Multi-Vendor: connections for one vendor see only that vendor’s products and orders; optionally vendors manage their own connections. CS-Cart Ultimate: a connection can be limited to one storefront.
- Activity log of every call (tool, arguments, result, duration, IP), rate limit per connection, revoke at any time.
- Copy-ready configurations for Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Desktop and other clients, plus a secret connector URL for clients that cannot send headers.
The add-on calls no paid service. You use your own AI subscription or API account; its usage is billed by your AI provider.

Testing
Section titled “Testing”Tested on CS-Cart 4.17.2 and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 with the official MCP TypeScript SDK client (Streamable HTTP transport) and our own JSON-RPC test suite. Multi-Vendor 4.21.2: template compile with Smarty 5 and PHP 8.3 syntax. Claude, ChatGPT and other hosted clients were not connected in our tests (they need a public HTTPS store).
