  • CS-Cart or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x.
  • PHP 7.4 – 8.3 (as supported by your CS-Cart version).
  • The standard Lite checkout page (the default in these versions).
  1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons and click the + (Upload & install add-on) button.
  2. Choose the archive kv_one_step_checkout-1.0.0.zip and click Upload & install.
  3. Open the add-on (One Step Checkout) and enter your license key on the License tab, or enter your CS-Cart Marketplace license number in Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
  4. Optional but recommended on a live store: set Who sees the one step checkout to Preview link only in the add-on settings, then open Design > One Step Checkout, tab Payments and preview, and click Open the preview.
  5. When the page looks right, set it to Everyone.

The add-on makes no core changes. Its storefront templates are copied to every installed theme automatically.

We tested the page at 1440, 768 and 390 px on CS-Cart 4.17.2 with the themes listed in the FAQ. Other themes based on Responsive should work, because the add-on uses the core blocks and scoped styles, but we have not tested them.

Upload the new archive the same way, or install the Upgrade Center package. The add-on’s upgrade synchronizer adds new tables, settings and texts on the next admin page and keeps your layout, field rules and settings.

Add-ons > Manage add-ons, the add-on’s gear menu, Uninstall. This deletes the layout, field and payment settings of the add-on. The checkout page goes back to the standard page; your Profile fields and block settings were never changed.

License card on the add-on page

The license card at the top of the add-on page shows the license status, the licensed domain and the update period. Development and staging hosts (localhost, *.test, dev., staging. subdomains) never need a license.
