Store Credit Wallet changelog
All notable changes to Store Credit Wallet (kv_customer_wallet) are documented here.

Section titled “[1.0.0] - 2026-10-22”- Store credit balance per customer in the store’s primary currency, with an immutable ledger (reason, order, notes, admin, expiry).
- Paying with store credit at checkout, in full or in part, with any payment method; zero-total orders without a payment method.
- Store credit returned when an order is cancelled, declined or fails, and taken again when it is reopened; unpaid “Incomplete” orders release their credit.
- Refunds to store credit from the order page and from RMA returns, with proportional cashback reversal; optional automatic refund on a status.
- Cashback rules (percent or fixed, order or categories, minimum, maximum, user groups, dates), credited on a status and reversed on cancellation.
- Admin credits and deductions with notes, expiry and e-mail; freezing a wallet.
- Expiring credit with reminders; refunds never expire.
- Optional top-up products (off by default).
- Customer account page with balance and history; e-mails for credit changes and expiring credit.
- Wallets list, customer wallet page, transactions report, CSV exports and a read-only REST API (
/api/kv_wallets). - Order editor field “Store credit to use”; store credit line on admin, customer and vendor order pages; document variable for invoices.
- Multi-Vendor: exact split of store credit over vendor orders; payout details like gift certificates; vendor order export.
- PHP API and hooks for other add-ons (loyalty, referral programs).
