Add-on settings
Section titled “Add-on settings”Open Add-ons > Manage add-ons > AliExpress Dropshipping > Settings.

Connection
Section titled “Connection”See Installation. The App Key and App Secret belong to your own AliExpress app; the secret and the tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM, key derived from your store’s own secret). The access token is refreshed automatically 30 minutes before it expires (AliExpress’s recommendation). If AliExpress refuses the token or the app, the account is marked “AliExpress refused the authorization”, every job of that account pauses (no repeated calls against a refused account), and you click Authorize again.
Rules (Rules tab)
Section titled “Rules (Rules tab)”Per account (the marketplace account or one vendor).

The queue runs from cron (every 5 minutes is fine). Use either the command line or the secret web address shown in the Cron section of the settings:

Log and jobs
Section titled “Log and jobs”- Log lists every call, job and connection event with filters (level, action, text, dates) and a CSV export.
- Jobs lists the queue. A job that fails with a temporary error is retried after 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours and 12 hours, then marked “Gave up”; use Retry to queue it again. An order whose outcome is unknown is never retried automatically (see Usage).
Multi-Vendor
Section titled “Multi-Vendor”In the vendor panel a vendor sees only own records. With the marketplace owner mode off the vendor also gets the Connection (authorization only; the App Key and App Secret stay with the owner) and Rules tabs. Queue-wide actions (cron, “Run the queue now”) and the app credentials are administrator-only.
