- Your own Kaufland API keys (Client Key and Secret Key): every request signed with HMAC-SHA256 (Shop-Client-Key, Shop-Timestamp, Shop-Signature), the Secret Key stored encrypted, test mode on the Kaufland Seller API Playground and live mode, connection test.
- Storefronts de, cz, sk, pl, at, fr, it, es and nl with the matching currency (EUR, CZK, PLN) and product data locale.
- Category tree and category and attribute mapping (shared-set values matched by label), price rules, stock buffer, handling time.
- Listing by EAN: a unit is created at once on a product that exists in the Kaufland catalogue; for a new EAN the product data is sent first and the unit follows when Kaufland reports the product ready (status polled, readable reasons per product). Optional EU product safety contact (GPSR).
- Stock and price as bulk unit updates (150 per call) with the result per unit.
- Order import from order units (buyer, delivery and billing address, company name, prices as sold, units of one product merged into one line); an order waits until Kaufland has added the addresses.
- Carrier code (matched against the Kaufland carrier list, else Other) and tracking number per order unit, status follow, cancellation with the Kaufland cancel reasons, return units accepted from the admin.
- Optional push notifications: subscription registration with the callback challenge, signed notifications verified, events only wake the importer up.
- Job queue with retries and back-off, cron (command line and secret address), log viewer with CSV export.
- Multi-Vendor: marketplace owner mode or one Kaufland account per vendor.
