QuickBooks Online Sync
Edition: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor · Latest version: 1.0.0 · Compatible with: CS-Cart & Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, PHP 7.4 – 8.3 · Changelog: view
Books your CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor orders in QuickBooks Online: customers, invoices or sales receipts with your items and tax codes, payments against your deposit accounts, and credit memos or refund receipts for refunds. You connect your own Intuit developer app and your own QuickBooks company.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Connects with your own Intuit app (OAuth 2.0, scope
com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting); the connection renews itself and works with a QuickBooks sandbox company for testing. - Finds the customer in QuickBooks by e-mail address or creates it, then creates an invoice (or a sales receipt for paid orders) with product, shipping and discount lines, your items and tax codes.
- Works with United States companies (automated sales tax: the tax amount of the order is sent as the total tax) and with companies in other countries (tax codes, tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive).
- Records the payment against the invoice and deposits it to the account mapped to the payment method.
- Books a refund as a credit memo applied to the unpaid invoice, or as a refund receipt paid back from your account when the order was paid.
- Remembers what was sent (with the QuickBooks ids), so nothing is booked twice; shows every item with its result and lets you send an order again or queue past orders.
- Credentials and tokens are stored encrypted; test (sandbox) and live (production) are separate.
- A job queue with automatic retries, QuickBooks rate limits respected, a log with filters and CSV export.
- Multi-Vendor: the marketplace owner books all vendor orders (vendor-level books are not part of 1.0).
