Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?
Section titled “Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?”Yes. The add-on supports CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner can use one Fakturownia account for everyone or let each vendor connect their own.
Which CS-Cart versions are supported?
Section titled “Which CS-Cart versions are supported?”4.17.2 to 4.21.x.
Where are my credentials stored?
Section titled “Where are my credentials stored?”In your own database, encrypted. The key is derived from your store’s secret in config.php, so a database dump alone does not reveal them. They are never shown again after saving.
Does it send data to Kavio Labs?
Section titled “Does it send data to Kavio Labs?”No. The add-on talks to Fakturownia only. The license check sends your domain name to the Kavio Labs license server once a day (Kavio Labs downloads).
What happens when Fakturownia is down?
Section titled “What happens when Fakturownia is down?”Jobs fail, wait and are retried automatically (5 minutes up to 12 hours). Every document has a unique object id that is stored before the request is sent. If the answer is lost (timeout, server error), the next try asks Fakturownia whether the document exists and adopts it, so no second invoice or correction is created. A document that could not be confirmed is shown as Pending and retried. If Fakturownia stays unreachable for longer than the retries, press Retry on the job.
What happens when the license expires?
Section titled “What happens when the license expires?”New work stops (no new documents, rates, syncs or payments). Work already under way is still finished.
How do I get updates?

How do I get support?

Does it work with KSeF?
Section titled “Does it work with KSeF?”Fakturownia can send invoices to KSeF on its side. The add-on has one optional setting that asks Fakturownia to send VAT invoices for companies when it creates them, and a button that reads back the KSeF status Fakturownia reports. Whether and how an invoice reaches KSeF is decided and done by Fakturownia and your account settings there; see the KSeF guide in Fakturownia’s API documentation. Does the store send e-mails to my customers?
Section titled “Does the store send e-mails to my customers?”No. The only e-mail path is the administrator’s Send by e-mail through Fakturownia button on an order, which asks Fakturownia to send the document.
Is there a sandbox?
Section titled “Is there a sandbox?”Fakturownia’s API documentation describes none. Use a second (trial) Fakturownia account as the test account.
Which currency is used?
Section titled “Which currency is used?”The store’s primary currency, sent as the document’s currency. Set it to PLN for Polish documents.
Does it support InvoiceOcean?
Section titled “Does it support InvoiceOcean?”The account field also accepts an invoiceocean.com subdomain, because the product shares the software. The API documentation we follow is Fakturownia’s; test with your own account first.
My license shows “Pending verification”
Section titled “My license shows “Pending verification””This status appears in older add-on versions when you use a CS-Cart Marketplace license number that our license server has not matched with the Marketplace yet. The add-on is fully working in this state: no feature is switched off and you do not need to do anything. Newer versions show it as Active (Marketplace license). We confirm Marketplace numbers on our side; click Check now on the add-on’s License tab (Add-ons → Manage add-ons → the add-on) a little later and it shows Active. If it has not changed after 24 hours, contact support with your Marketplace order number.
