Installation

Requirements

• CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 to 4.21.x.
• PHP 7.4 to 8.3, depending on your CS-Cart version.
• A cron job on your server. The add-on has no visitor trigger.

Install

1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons and upload the zip file.
2. Open the add-on, then the License tab, and enter your license key or your CS-Cart Marketplace license number.
3. Go to Orders > Automation rules.
4. Add the cron job.

Cron job

Every 15 minutes is enough. The rules page shows the command for your store:

php /path/to/store/admin.php --dispatch=kv_order_automation.cron

Without shell access, call this address, with the password from Settings > Security:

https://yourstore.com/admin.php?dispatch=kv_order_automation.cron&cron_password=YOUR_PASSWORD

If your admin script has another name, use that name. The page warns you if rules have not run for two hours. Run now on the same page runs one pass by hand.

Upgrade

Upload the new zip over the installed add-on, or use the Upgrade Center. Rules and activity are kept. The add-on brings its tables up to date on the first admin page after the upgrade.

Disable and uninstall

Disabling the add-on stops the rules.

Uninstalling removes the rules, the activity list and the recorded status times. Orders are not touched.
