Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart 4.17.2 – 4.21.x, or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x.
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3, as supported by your CS-Cart version.
- Tested on CS-Cart Ultimate 4.17.2, Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 and Multi-Vendor 4.21.2.
- A storefront theme based on Responsive (Responsive, Bright, Nova and most third-party themes) for the cart notes.
- A license key from cs-cart.kaviolabs.com or a CS-Cart Marketplace license number.
Install
Section titled “Install”- In the admin panel open Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the gear button and choose Manual installation.
- Upload
kv_advanced_promotions-1.0.0.zipand click Upload & install. - Open the add-on, go to the License tab and enter your license key. Click Check now.
- Optional: on the Settings tab review the cart notes and the rounding option. See Configuration.
- Open Marketing → Promotions, add a cart promotion and use Add condition / Add bonus: the new conditions and bonuses are in the lists. See Usage.
The add-on creates no tables. Your rules live in the core promotions.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upload the new version over the installed one (Manual installation) or install the upgrade package in Administration → Upgrade center. Settings and promotions are kept; missing settings and texts are added automatically on the next admin page you open.
Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Advanced Promotions → Uninstall removes the settings and texts. Promotions that use the add-on’s conditions or bonuses stay in Marketing → Promotions but no longer apply (CS-Cart skips conditions and bonuses it does not know); delete or edit them. Placed orders are not changed. To pause the offers, switch Apply the add-on’s conditions and bonuses off or disable the add-on instead.
