Seller identity
Section titled “Seller identity”Orders > French e-invoicing > Seller identity. The data printed and encoded on your invoices:
- Legal name, trading name;
- SIREN (9 digits, checked with its check digit) and SIRET;
- VAT ID (empty = computed from the SIREN);
- Legal form, capital and registration (for example “SAS au capital de 10 000 EUR - RCS Lyon 123 456 789”), printed in the footer;
- Electronic invoicing address in the French directory (empty = your SIREN, scheme 0225);
- registered address, e-mail, phone;
- bank account (IBAN, BIC) for credit transfers.
Empty fields fall back to the company data of Settings > Company. The page shows when the seller is ready (valid SIREN and French address). In CS-Cart Ultimate there is one seller for all storefronts; administrators bound to one storefront see only that storefront’s documents and cannot change the seller identity or the connection.
Platform connection
Section titled “Platform connection”Orders > French e-invoicing > Platform connection. Use your own platform account:
| Platform | What to enter |
|---|---|
| SUPER PDP (API) | OAuth client ID and client secret of an “Application” of your company in SUPER PDP. Sandbox or production depends on the company the credentials belong to. Set your VAT regime and the VAT on debits option in SUPER PDP too. |
| Other platform: AFNOR Flow API | API base URL and token URL your platform gives you for its AFNOR XP Z12-013 API, and the OAuth client ID and secret. |
| Manual upload (no API) | Nothing. Download each Factur-X and the e-reporting files and upload them in your platform’s portal. |
Platform data for the e-reporting file: the platform name and its registration number on the DGFiP list; they are written in the flux 10 file you download.
Save and test checks the credentials. Secrets are stored encrypted and are never shown again.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Add-ons > France E-Invoicing > Settings.
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Marketplace issues the invoices (Multi-Vendor) | On: the marketplace is the seller of record for every order. Off: each vendor enters its own seller identity and connection and issues its own invoices. |
| Create the invoice when the order status becomes | Default Processed. |
| Statuses that mean “paid” | Used for “payment received” (B2B services) and the payment e-reporting (B2C services). |
| Credit the whole invoice when the order status becomes | Optional, for example Canceled. |
| Send B2B invoices automatically | Off: press Send on the document page. |
| Customers can download their invoices | PDF and XML links on the customer’s order page. |
| Default nature of products | Goods or services (operation category). |
| VAT regime | Decides the e-reporting periods and deadlines. |
| Option for paying VAT on debits | Adds the mention (BT-8 code 5) to invoices of services; no payment data is then reported. |
| Text for exempt sales | Exemption reason for sales without VAT that are not exports, intra-EU supplies or franchise. |
| Build the B2C e-reporting | On by default. |
| Payment term, notes | Due date of unpaid invoices and the three mandatory B2B notes (fixed recovery fee, late payment penalties, early payment discount). Defaults are English texts; change them to your wording. |
| Numbering | Patterns with {YYYY} {YY} {MM} {DD} {N} {SELLER}, digits, first number, yearly restart. At most 35 characters. |
| Permanently delete all invoice data on uninstall | Off by default: uninstalling keeps the documents, numbering, connection and settings (legal retention), and a reinstall continues with them. On: the next uninstall deletes all data of the add-on. See Installation. |
Products
Section titled “Products”Each product has Nature for French invoices (Default / Goods / Services) on its page. It decides the operation category (goods, services or both) and whether payment data is reported. Downloadable products count as services when nothing is set.
License
Section titled “License”Enter your key in the License tab of the settings. Without a valid license, new invoices are not created after the grace period; documents already queued or sent are still delivered and tracked.
