Usage

  1. Categories: search the Allegro category list (leaf categories only) and map a CS-Cart category to one, with an optional markup and brand. The first search walks the Allegro category tree level by level; on a large tree press Refresh reference data once more until the search finds what you need (the walk resumes where it stopped).
  2. Attributes: for the chosen Allegro category the required parameters are listed. Map each to a product feature or a fixed value. Dictionary values are matched by name.
  3. Rules: markup, price endings, stock buffer, VAT, default brand and handling days.
  4. Listings: map products (one by one or a whole CS-Cart category). The barcode of the product is sent to Allegro as the EAN (GTIN) and as the external ID of the offer. Mapped products without an offer are created on the next sync.
  5. Watch the Listings page: a product shows Waiting while Allegro processes it, Live when it passed validation, or the exact reason Allegro gave. Fix the data and press Retry.

Stock and price are pushed as batch commands (one command for all offers with the same new value), on the schedule and whenever a mapped product is saved. Sync now queues an immediate push and order import. The result of every command is read back and shown per product.

  • Orders that Allegro marks ready for processing (paid, or cash on delivery) are imported once as CS-Cart orders with the buyer, delivery address or pickup point, invoice address and company tax ID, and the prices as sold. Orders that are not paid or completed yet wait for Allegro.
  • A line whose offer has an external ID that is not mapped is not imported: the Orders page shows the reason and the import is retried.
  • Status changes at Allegro (Sent, Picked up, Cancelled, Returned) follow into CS-Cart through the status mapping.
  • When you create a shipment with a tracking number in CS-Cart (own carrier), the add-on adds the tracking number to the order at Allegro and sets it to Sent.
  • Cannot supply on the Orders page refunds the lines at Allegro with the chosen refund reason (default PRODUCT_NOT_AVAILABLE) and, when every line is cancelled, sets the order to Cancelled.

Customer returns appear on the Returns page linked to the CS-Cart order. Approve refunds the returned lines to the buyer with a payment refund; the refund request is idempotent, so pressing it twice does not refund twice.

  • Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now.
  • Log: filter and export what happened and when.
  • Connection: credentials, marketplace, seller settings, Connect to Allegro, Test connection.
  • Allegro limits batch price and quantity changes to 9,000 offer changes per minute and 250,000 per hour per user (150,000 per hour for price commands); the queue retries after a rate limit answer.
  • Allegro offers need a valid GTIN: products without one cannot be created through the product catalogue.
  • Allegro sellers have no webhooks: orders and returns are read on every sync.
