File scan
Section titled “File scan”Files::scan() lists PHP, template, script and .htaccess files under app, design, js, var/themes_repository and the root, and hashes them 200 at a time with one read and one REPLACE per batch. The first scan decides once whether it fills the baseline. Counts shown are those of the last finished scan, so files not reached yet never look removed.
