- Connection through your own Intuit app (OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow, rolling refresh token renewed under a database lock), sandbox and production keys, encrypted credentials, connection test.
- Customers (found by e-mail or created), items (optional), invoices with payments or sales receipts, credit memos applied to unpaid invoices and refund receipts for paid orders.
- United States automated sales tax (order tax sent as the total tax) and tax codes for other countries; mapping page with lists loaded from QuickBooks.
- Request ids on every create call, retry-safe; 429 Retry-After handling; sync-from date, queue past orders, manual resync.
- Job queue with retries and back-off, cron (command line and secret address), log viewer with CSV export.
- Multi-Vendor: the marketplace owner books all vendor orders.
