Usage

Import products

1. Open Orders > CJ Dropshipping > Import.
2. Search by keyword, warehouse country or price range. Each card shows the CJ cost and the selling price your rules give.
3. Tick the products, choose the CS-Cart category (or leave “mapped category or the CJ category name”), the status and an optional markup, and click Import selected. The first products are imported at once; the rest by the cron.
4. Each CJ variant becomes a value of one option (for example “Black / S”) with its own price; variants without stock are hidden from the shopper. Importing a product again updates the same product, it never creates a second one.

The Products tab lists imported products with their state, price, stock and per-product switches (sync stock, sync price, markup override), Sync now and Stop managing (the CS-Cart product stays).

Categories

Map a CJ category (the id of its third level) to a CS-Cart category on the Categories tab. Mapped categories receive the products of that CJ category and can carry an own markup.

Orders

1. When an order reaches the push status (default Processed), its CJ products are sent to CJ with the CJ shipping method that fits the destination. Products of other suppliers in the same order are ignored.
2. In test mode the order is created with the sandbox flag. With “create only” payment the CJ order waits for your payment in your CJ account.
3. The CJ orders tab and the CJ Dropshipping tab on the order page show the CJ order number, state, shipping method, cost, tracking number and any problem. Send to CJ repeats a failed push safely; Delete at CJ removes an unpaid CJ order.
4. Tracking numbers arrive by webhook or by polling and become a CS-Cart shipment. A canceled, declined or failed CS-Cart order is never sent.

Shipping method from CJ freight quotes

1. Open Administration > Shipping & taxes > Shipping methods and add a method.
2. Choose the carrier CJ Dropshipping (cheapest method) or (fastest method) and save; in the Configure tab nothing else is required.
3. At checkout the price is the CJ freight quote for the CJ products in the cart, converted to the store currency, plus the shipping markup of the Rules tab. A cart without CJ products does not get this method.

Jobs, log and connection

• Jobs: counts per state, the list with the last error, Retry, Remove and Run the queue now (administrators).
• Log: filter and export what happened and when.
• Connection: API key, mode, Test connection, Register webhooks.
