Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CS-Cart or CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 – 4.21.x.
- PHP 7.2.5 – 8.3, as supported by your CS-Cart version.
- For Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha: the cURL extension and outgoing HTTPS from the server. The built-in check needs neither.
- A license key from cs-cart.kaviolabs.com or a CS-Cart Marketplace license number.
Install
Section titled “Install”- In the admin panel open Add-ons → Manage add-ons, click the gear button and choose Manual installation.
- Upload
kv_captcha_pro-1.0.0.zipand click Upload & install. - Open the add-on, go to the License tab and enter your license key. Click Check now.
- The add-on starts with the built-in check on sign-in, registration, password recovery, guest checkout, reviews, comments, contact forms, newsletter sign-up, call requests and vendor sign-up. Open Customers → Spam protection to review the forms.
- Optional: choose Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha in the settings and enter the keys (see Configuration).
If the Google reCAPTCHA add-on is installed and set up with keys, Captcha Pro stays inactive until you click Switch to Captcha Pro on the Spam protection page. See Usage.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upload the new version over the installed one (Manual installation) or install the upgrade package in Administration → Upgrade center. Settings, form settings and statistics are kept; missing tables and settings are added automatically on the next admin page you open.
Uninstalling
Section titled “Uninstalling”Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Captcha Pro → Uninstall removes the tables (form settings, rate limits, statistics), the settings and the texts. CS-Cart’s own behaviour returns at once.
