  1. Design > Layouts: choose the location (Homepage, Products, Categories or any other).
  2. Add a block of type Instagram feed to a grid.
  3. Choose the template: Grid (square tiles) or Carousel (one row with arrows, swipe on phones).
  4. Block settings:
    • Posts: All shown posts, Only posts with tagged products, or Posts with the current product (for product pages).
    • Number of posts (default 8), Columns (3 to 6; phones show 2), Show account header (avatar, username, Follow button).
  1. Marketing > Instagram feed: click a post.
  2. Search a product by name, code or ID and click it in the list.
  3. Click the photo where its pin should sit. Select another product on the right to move its pin.
  4. Save. Up to 12 products per post.

Shoppers see a bag badge with the number of tagged products on the tile. In the dialog, the numbered pins and the product list link to the product pages; prices come from your catalog.

  • Filters: all, shown, hidden, with products, without products.
  • Bulk actions: show, hide, pin, unpin. Pinned posts come first in every block.
  • Posts deleted or archived on Instagram leave the feed at the next sync; their tags are kept for 30 days in case the post comes back.
  • The Activity box lists connects, syncs, token refreshes and errors.

When our Shop the Look add-on is active, a post page has Create look: it copies the photo, the caption and the product pins into a new disabled look. Open the look, check it and switch it on.

  • The storefront never calls Instagram. Images are JPEG copies in your store (1080 px for the dialog, 480 px for tiles), lazy loaded.
  • The dialog works with the keyboard (Escape, arrow keys, Tab stays inside) and returns focus to the tile.
  • Videos and Reels show their cover image; the dialog links to the post on Instagram to play it.
