Canvas theme changelog
All notable changes to Canvas theme (kv_theme_canvas) are documented here.
The format follows Keep a Changelog and the project uses Semantic Versioning.

Section titled “[1.0.0] - 2026-11-08”- Canvas, the tile-composer flagship theme (child of Responsive, kit 1.2.8) for CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate 4.17.2 - 4.21.x.
- Tile board: a grid with the user class
kv-canvasshows its blocks as tiles (12 / 6 / 2 columns); tile size (kv-tile-s|m|l|xl|wide,kv-tile-tall) and colour (kv-tint-sand|mist|sage|ink|accent|clear) are stock user classes. - Tile picker in Design > Layouts: “Canvas tile size”, “Two rows tall” and “Canvas tile colour” in the block settings, “Canvas tile board” and “Number the tile headings” in the grid settings (they only edit the User class field).
- Count tiles (Categories block template): live product count per department, best-seller thumbnails, subcategory links.
- Product tile (Products block template): one product big with price, promotion countdown and add to cart.
- Stat tiles, help desk tile, numbered tile headings, category promo tile inside the product grid.
- Eight colour schemes (Gesso, Matcha, Fresco, Gouache, Marina, Sherbet, Blackboard, Charcoal) with seven tile colours each and text contrast >= 4.5:1.
- Three home layouts: Main (Canvas), Mosaic home, Index home; technology demo store “Tessera”.
