Queries read ?:product_reviews with status = 'A' and the core storefront rule
(fn_product_reviews_get_storefront_id_by_setting()); store-wide numbers count only products a guest may see. Results
are cached with Registry::registerCache() (tags: product_reviews, products, …). Output never depends on the
visitor, so pages stay safe for the 4.21 full page cache.
