What it does
For stores that ship with GLS in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia or Croatia. The add-on integrates with the MyGLS API using your own GLS contract (MyGLS user, password, client number) and adds two shipping methods, home delivery and GLS ParcelShop & Parcel Locker, with the price you set. GLS gives test accounts for the MyGLS test system. Multi-Vendor: one account for the marketplace or one per vendor.
How it works
Choose your MyGLS country, enter the credentials and test the connection. The add-on downloads the public GLS point list once a day. At checkout the customer searches GLS points by postal code or town, filters ParcelShops or Parcel Lockers and picks one. In the order, Create label prepares the parcel at GLS and saves the label; cancel, print again and return label are one click. Tracking follows by cron with the GLS status codes. GLS is a trademark of its owner; this add-on is not affiliated with or endorsed by GLS.

Initial release: integrates with the MyGLS API (GLS Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia), REST JSON, test and live systems per country.
Labels in two steps (PrepareLabels, GetPrintedLabels): 1 to 99 parcels, PDF (A4_2x2, A4_4x1, Connect, Thermo, ShipItThermoPdf) or ZPL (ThermoZPL 203 dpi, ThermoZPL_300DPI, ShipItThermoZpl), A4 start position; print again in another format without a new parcel.
Cancel at GLS (DeleteLabels) before hand-over.
GLS ParcelShop & Parcel Locker shipping service: point search at checkout near a postal code or town, type filter, opening hours, distance and cash-on-delivery badge, server-side check against the public GLS point list (20 countries, refreshed daily, broken downloads not applied); PSD service with the mandatory contact data and the backup address.
Cash on delivery (amount, currency, reference) from a chosen payment method; points without cash on delivery are refused.
Extra services per shipping method: FDS, FSS, SM2, INS, 24H, T09, T10, T12, SAT, TGS.
Return labels from the customer to the shop with optional SRS or PRS.
Tracking with GetParcelStatuses and the GLS status codes (created, in transit, waiting at the point, delivered, problem, returned), never downgraded after delivery; tracking link to the GLS tracking page on the order, the customer's order page and shipment e-mails.
No double parcels: request recorded before sending with a deterministic reference, per-order locks, "Check at GLS" (GetParcelList) for lost answers, "Prepared" state when only printing failed.
Data protection: customer e-mail and phone only sent when GLS needs them or when switched on.
Multi-Vendor: marketplace owner account (vendors view only) or one MyGLS account per vendor with the vendor's own labels; queue, cron and point download admin-only.
Encrypted credentials, connection test, job queue with retries, cron (command line and secret address), log with CSV export, domain-bound licence, self-healing upgrade synchronizer.

Which GLS countries does it work with?
Labels: GLS Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia and Croatia (MyGLS API; GLS Serbia is not supported in this version). Point picker: the public GLS list of 20 countries (AT, BE, BG, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GR, HU, HR, IT, LU, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI); you choose which ones the store keeps.
Does it work with GLS Germany or GLS Austria?
Not in this version: those GLS companies use a different GLS system. The point picker can still show German or Austrian GLS points.
Do I need a contract with GLS?
Yes. You need MyGLS access from GLS (user name, password, client number). For tests, GLS gives a test account for the MyGLS test system through your local GLS IT contact.
Are the shipping prices taken from GLS?
No. The MyGLS API has no price operation; the customer pays the price you set on the shipping method (flat or by weight, free from a subtotal).
Can a label be cancelled?
Yes, until the parcel is handed over: Cancel at GLS deletes it in MyGLS.
Can I print a label again or in another format?
Yes: Print again with the format of your choice. It is the same parcel, no new parcel is created.
What happens if GLS does not answer?
The request is marked "Result unknown" and never repeated automatically. Check at GLS finds the parcel by its reference; only if nothing exists you confirm and create a new label. This prevents double parcels.
Is cash on delivery supported?
Yes. Choose your cash on delivery payment method in the settings. The amount is the order total in the currency of your GLS country (it must exist in the store). GLS points that do not handle cash on delivery are refused for such orders.
Which data is sent to GLS?
The delivery address and the name of the customer. The e-mail address and phone number are sent for deliveries to a GLS point (GLS requires them; the checkout tells the customer), when a service needs them (FDS, FSS, SM2, SAT) or when you switch it on.
Does it work with full page cache (CS-Cart 4.21)?
Yes. The picker runs only on the checkout, which is never cached.
My license shows "Pending verification"
If you bought on the CS-Cart Marketplace, the license number is accepted at once and the add-on works fully; the Marketplace confirmation follows automatically.
