What it does
Worten is a Portuguese consumer electronics and appliance retailer whose marketplace takes professional third-party sellers and runs on the Mirakl platform. If you run a CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor store with a catalog that has EAN barcodes, this add-on connects your own seller account (API key from your seller back office) to your shop. Portugal is live; Spain is limited to the Canary Islands since August 2026.
How it works
Enter the API address and key of your seller account on the Connection page and test the connection first. Map categories and products by EAN. The sync creates offers, reads the import report and pushes stock and price. New orders are accepted (option) and imported once; shipments send your carrier and tracking number and validate the shipment. Failed jobs retry automatically and are visible in the log.

Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?
Yes. The add-on supports CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner can use one seller account for everyone or let each vendor connect their own.
Which CS-Cart versions are supported?
4.17.2 to 4.21.x.
Which Worten countries are supported?
Portugal (worten.pt, EUR) and Spain (EUR). Worten closed its online shop for peninsular Spain on 31 July 2026 and ended the marketplace functions of worten.es on 1 August 2026 (press reports); only the Canary Islands shop stays online. The add-on therefore lists Spain as "Canary Islands only" and you should check with Worten that your account is open before you use it. You need a seller account for the country shop you sell in (one connection per market; Multi-Vendor vendors can each connect their own).
Do I need to know the API address?
Yes. Worten does not publish the seller API address in its public pages; integrators pre-fill https://marketplace.worten.pt, and the API key is created in the seller back office (user settings, API key). The add-on asks for both, shows the integrator address only as an example, and does not guess one.
Can it create new products in the Worten catalogue?
Not in this version. Offers are matched to catalogue products by EAN. An EAN that the marketplace does not know is rejected and the reason is shown on the product.
Where are my credentials stored?
In your own database, encrypted. The key is derived from your store's secret in config.php, so a database dump alone does not reveal it. It is never shown again after saving.
Does it send data to Kavio Labs?
No. The add-on talks to your marketplace only. The license check sends your domain name to the Kavio Labs license server once a day (Kavio Labs downloads).
What happens when the marketplace is down?
Jobs fail, wait and are retried automatically (5 minutes up to 12 hours). Imports are never sent twice for the same change.
Does it accept orders for me?
By default yes (option on the Connection page): new orders are accepted at the next import run. Switch it off to accept in the seller back office.
What happens when the license expires?
New work stops (no new syncs or imports). Work already under way is still finished.
How do I get updates?
Install the new package over the old one. See Installation.
