Built for
France E-Invoicing: Factur-X via your PA + e-reporting: Factur-X invoices with the French reform data, sent through your own accredited platform, plus B2C e-reporting1 of 9
What it does
For French companies selling with CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor. From 1 September 2026 every company must receive e-invoices and large and mid-size companies must issue them and report B2C sales; all other companies follow on 1 September 2027. Invoices go through an accredited platform (PA). The add-on is not a platform: it prepares Factur-X files with the new mentions (SIREN, operation category, delivery address, VAT on debits) and sends them to the platform account you choose.
How it works
Enter your SIREN and connect your platform: SUPER PDP through its API, any platform with the AFNOR Flow API, or manual upload of the prepared files. Buyers can give their SIREN at checkout. At the status you choose the invoice is created, checked and queued; cron sends it and reads its status. Credit notes never exceed what is still open. Customers download their invoice. The API drivers were tested against a mock built from the platforms' published API descriptions, not yet against a live sandbox.
Features
Factur-X PDF/A-3 with embedded CII XML, EN 16931 profile, with the French reform data
SIREN, SIRET and electronic address (0225), operation category (BT-23), delivery address and VAT on debits (BT-8)
Checked against the shipped XML Schema and the DGFiP business rules before sending
Sending through your own platform: SUPER PDP API, AFNOR Flow API (XP Z12-013) or manual upload
Lifecycle statuses 200 to 213 and payment received (212) for services
Credit notes, partial or full, capped at the open amount, automatic at an order status
B2C e-reporting (flux 10.3 and 10.4) per VAT regime period, official flux 10 XML download
A document is never sent twice: request key saved before the call, lookup after a timeout
Both CS-Cart tax calculation methods, shop time zone for legal dates
Multi-Vendor: marketplace or each vendor as the seller of record, vendor privileges per action

Factur-X invoices and credit notes from orders: PDF/A-3b with the embedded CII XML (EN 16931 profile) carrying the data of the French e-invoicing reform: seller and buyer SIREN (scheme 0002), SIRET (0009), electronic addresses (0225), operation category (BT-23: B1/S1/M1, B2/S2/M2 when already paid), delivery address, VAT on debits (BT-8 code 5), payment terms, fixed recovery fee / late payment / early discount notes, VAT franchise, intra-EU and export exemptions.
Check of every document before sending: UN/CEFACT CII D16B XML Schema (shipped) and the DGFiP external specifications v3.2 business rules (G1.02, G1.05, G1.24, G1.31, G1.41, G1.47, G1.63, G2.31), plus a check that the order total matches the invoice.
Sending through the merchant's own accredited platform: SUPER PDP API, any platform's AFNOR Flow API (XP Z12-013), or manual upload; lifecycle statuses 200 to 213 read back; "payment received" (212) for invoices of services (SUPER PDP).
Idempotent sending: the request key is stored before the call, a retry after a timeout looks the first upload up and adopts it; per-document, per-order and per-series database locks; statuses never go backwards.
Gapless numbering per seller (yearly restart optional, G1.05 characters, at most 35), shop time zone for issue dates; the last number is remembered outside the add-on tables, so a reinstall never repeats a number.
Retries through the queue: an invoice that could not be created at the status change, and an automatic credit note while the invoice is still on its way to the platform.
Credit notes (type 381 with the invoice reference), partial or full, capped at what is still open; automatic full credit at an order status.
B2C e-reporting: daily totals per category (TLB1, TPS1, TNT1) and VAT rate, payments for B2C services, periods and deadlines of the VAT regime, corrective transmissions; sent to SUPER PDP or the AFNOR API, or downloaded as the flux 10 XML (validated against the DGFiP XSD v3.2, shipped).
Seller identity page, platform connection page (encrypted secrets, connection test), documents list with readiness cards, document page with check and lifecycle, credit note form, e-reporting page, log and queue pages, order tab and order list column, bulk creation from the orders list, product nature field, buyer SIREN / VAT ID checkout fields.
Customer downloads (PDF and XML) on the order page.
Multi-Vendor: the marketplace or each vendor as the seller of record; vendor privileges per action and own company only. CS-Cart Ultimate: administrators bound to one storefront see only its documents.
License client and self-healing upgrades.
Tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2. First release.
Is the add-on a "plateforme agréée"?
No. Only accredited platforms (on the DGFiP list) may exchange e-invoices with the tax administration. The add-on prepares and checks your Factur-X invoices and e-reporting data and sends them to the platform you have an account with. It helps you comply; it does not certify anything.
Since when does the reform apply to me?
All companies must be able to receive e-invoices from 1 September 2026. Large and mid-size companies issue e-invoices and report from 1 September 2026; SMEs and micro-enterprises from 1 September 2027. Check your own situation with your accountant.
Which platforms work?
SUPER PDP through its API; any platform that offers the standard AFNOR Flow API (XP Z12-013); every other platform through a manual upload of the files the add-on prepares.
Has it been tested with a live platform?
The SUPER PDP and AFNOR drivers were tested against a local mock that follows the platforms' published API descriptions (paths, bodies, answers, errors). They have not yet been run against a live sandbox account. Use the test mode / sandbox of your platform first.
Which Factur-X profile?
EN 16931 (Comfort), PDF/A-3 with the CII XML, with the French reform fields. Ask your platform whether it needs another profile.
Do B2C customers get an e-invoice through the platform?
No. B2C sales are reported as daily totals (e-reporting); the customer can download the Factur-X PDF from the order page.
Can I keep my current invoice numbers?
The add-on numbers its invoices with its own gapless series (pattern in the settings). Use a prefix that differs from other invoice numbers in your store.
What happens to old orders?
Create their invoices from the order page or with the bulk action. Their date is the creation date.
Does it change prices or taxes?
No. It reads the order as it is, in both CS-Cart tax calculation methods. If an order's total does not match what the invoice adds up to (for example a fixed-amount tax), the check fails and nothing is sent.
One VAT regime for everybody?
Yes: the e-reporting periods follow the VAT regime set in the add-on settings. In Multi-Vendor vendor mode, a vendor with another regime keeps its own periods in its platform account.
