Built for
EU Pickup Points & Parcel Lockers: Lockers and parcel shops of six European networks on one map at checkout1 of 8
What it does
For stores and marketplaces that ship to Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, Poland, Germany, France and the Benelux, where shoppers expect a locker or parcel shop at checkout. Each network is a CS-Cart shipping service: create a method, enter your carrier account where needed and set the price in shipping charges. Works on CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate and Multi-Vendor, where vendors can use their own carrier accounts.
How it works
After choosing a pickup method the shopper sees a card with a Choose pickup point button. For InPost, Mondial Relay, DHL and Omniva it opens a map and list: the shipping postcode is searched first, nearest points come first, with filters for lockers or shops and opening hours. Packeta and GLS open their own widgets. The order cannot be placed without a point. The point appears in the admin order, customer order page, invoice, e-mails and REST API.

Pickup point shipping services for Packeta, Mondial Relay, InPost, DHL, GLS (map widget countries) and Omniva; countries, point types, maximum weight and items per shipping method; price from the method's shipping charges.
Checkout card with the chosen point; map and list dialog (postcode or town search, Near me, nearest first, lockers or shops filter, opening hours, OpenStreetMap tiles, phone layout with List and Map tabs); Packeta and GLS carrier widgets.
Order cannot be placed with a pickup method and no point (checkout and Storefront API).
Point saved on orders and Multi-Vendor sub-orders: admin order page with Change pickup point (search or manual entry), customer order page, invoices and order e-mails, REST API order data.
CS-Cart 4.21 core pickup point service (Storefront API pickup point list) for InPost, Mondial Relay, DHL and Omniva.
Status page with pickup methods, stored data, Omniva refresh, cache clear and a test search.
Omniva locations stored and refreshed after the cache period; InPost and Mondial Relay searches cached per account; DHL always live and never stored.
Tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2, CS-Cart 4.17.2. First release.
Is this an official carrier integration?
No. It is an independent add-on by Kavio Labs. It uses the carriers' public point data, their documented web services and their own selection widgets, with your carrier account where one is needed.
Does it cost anything per order or per search?
Not from us. InPost, Omniva and GLS points need no account. Packeta, Mondial Relay and DHL use your own account or free API key; check your carrier contract for its own terms and limits (DHL's free plan allows 500 searches a day).
Does it create labels or send parcels to the carrier?
No. Create the shipment in your carrier's portal or label tool with the point ID shown on the order.
How do I set the price?
In the shipping method's Shipping charges, like for any method. Free shipping promotions work as usual.
Why does DHL search every time?
DHL's API terms do not allow storing location data. The add-on keeps only the point the customer chose, with the order.
The map is grey.
The map tiles come from the tile URL in the settings (OpenStreetMap by default). Check that your store's pages may load images from that server (Content Security Policy, firewall).
A customer chose the wrong point. Can I change it?
Yes: on the admin order page click Change pickup point, search again or type the point.
Does it work with the CS-Cart mobile app?
On CS-Cart 4.21 the pickup methods are core pickup point services, so the Storefront API returns the points of InPost, Mondial Relay, DHL and Omniva. The mobile app itself was not tested. Packeta and GLS need their browser widgets.
Which carriers come next?
GLS outside Central and Eastern Europe (with GLS credentials), DPD Pickup, PostNL, bpost and Venipak are planned for later versions.
Add a released add-on to this order and save 15% on it. It uses the same edition and store domain.
