Built for
US Retail Delivery Fees & All-in Pricing: Show state retail delivery fees as their own line and the all-in price your shoppers pay, with a filing report1 of 7
What it does
The add-on adds US state retail delivery fees as a separate, labelled line: Colorado (0.31 per delivery) and Minnesota (0.50 per delivery of 100 or more taxable goods) come preloaded, and a rate table with effective dates takes any further state. It works with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 to 4.21.x. It helps you display fees and prices; it is not legal advice and does not make a store compliant.
How it works
When the delivery address is in a state with a rate in force, the cart gets one fee per delivery (one per vendor shipment on Multi-Vendor). The fee is part of the total and shows as its own line in the cart, checkout, order page, e-mail and invoice. Product, category and cart pages show an all-in price for shoppers in the states you enabled, loaded after the page so the full page cache keeps working.
Features
Retail delivery fee as its own labelled line in cart, checkout, order and invoice
Colorado and Minnesota preloaded, extensible rate table with effective dates
One fee per delivery, per vendor shipment on Multi-Vendor
Small-retailer exemption toggle, no-fee shipping methods and strike-on-cancel rule
Filing report per state and month with CSV export
All-in price display on product, category and cart pages, switchable per state
Compliance check for fee setups that would be hidden
Safe with the full page cache and the Upgrade Center

Retail delivery fee as its own labelled line in the cart, checkout, order page, order e-mail and invoice, one fee per delivery (per vendor shipment on Multi-Vendor).
Rate table with effective dates; Colorado (0.31 per delivery) and Minnesota (0.50 per delivery of 100 or more taxable goods) preloaded; small-retailer exemption toggle, no-fee shipping methods and a strike-on-cancel rule per rate.
Filing report per state and month with CSV export.
All-in price display on product, category and cart pages with per-state switches and start dates (CA, MA, CO, CT, VA, RI, MN, IL), loaded after the page so the full page cache stays valid.
Compliance check page for fee setups that would stay out of a displayed price.
Optional fee row for the invoice and summary documents, and the document variable kvf.
Domain-bound license check and the self-healing Upgrade Synchronizer.
Tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2, CS-Cart 4.17.2. First release.
Does this make my store compliant?
No. It helps you display fees and prices. Rules, thresholds, exemptions and dates differ by state and change; confirm them with the state authority or your adviser. This is not legal or tax advice.
Does it work with Multi-Vendor?
Yes. A fee is added once per vendor shipment, so every vendor sub-order carries its own fee row, and the marketplace report counts only the sub-orders.
Which CS-Cart versions are supported?
4.17.2 to 4.21.x.
Why does the all-in price appear after the page loads?
Product and category pages are the same for every visitor (and can be served by the full page cache). The shopper's state is looked up by one small uncached call, and the line is filled in afterwards.
What if the shopper's state is unknown?
On product pages nothing is shown until the state is known (a cart address or an earlier visit). The cart shows the delivery fee estimate once a state is known, and the real line appears as soon as the address is entered.
What happens when a fee setup changes?
Orders keep the fee lines they were placed with. Change a rate by adding a new row with a later start date.
Will it slow down my store?
No. It adds one indexed query per cart calculation and one small request per page that shows prices.
How do I get updates?
Install the new package over the old one. See Installation.
How do I get support?
Contact us through https://cs-cart.kaviolabs.com.
What does my license do?
Your license is checked for the domain it is bound to; its status is shown on the add-on page.
What happens without a valid license?
Fee lines and all-in labels stop being added to carts and pages. Stored order fee records, the report and the admin pages stay available, and orders that were already started are not changed.
Where do I enter or check my license?
Open the add-on page (Add-ons → Manage add-ons → US Retail Delivery Fees & All-in Pricing): the license card at the top shows the status and has the key field and a "Check now" button.
Can I use one license on several stores?
A license is bound to one domain (subdomains and www count as the same store). Use a separate license for each store.
One Step CheckoutOne page checkout in 1, 2 or 3 columns with a sticky summary, one screen for every field and a safe fallback to the standard checkout.
