What it does

For stores that want more subscribers and first orders. Start from a ready popup: sign-up with a code, exit offer, slide-in message or spin wheel. Choose when it opens (seconds, scrolling, leaving the page), where and for whom (pages, guests or customers, desktop or phones, cart amount), how often, and the reward. Addresses are kept in a list you can export and can go to a mailing list of the core Newsletters add-on.

How it works

Open Marketing, Popups & spin wheel and pick a ready popup. Edit the texts, the reward code and the triggers, then save. The visitor sees the popup when the trigger happens, enters the e-mail, ticks the consent and gets the code or spins the wheel. One popup per page view, and not again after the sign-up. The list shows the results per popup and version; the collected e-mails can be filtered, exported as CSV and deleted.

Does it work with page caching?

Yes. The page gets the popups as data without any code, the same for every visitor. The browser decides when to open them; the cart amount and sign-in state, the view counter and the sign-up go through POST requests that are never cached.

Can someone read the coupon code from the page source?

No. The code is sent only after the sign-up, the spin or the button click.

Is the spin wheel fair?

The chances you set are shown under the wheel and the slices are drawn as big as their chance. The server picks the result with a secure random number; the browser only turns the wheel to it. Each address can spin once.

Does it send e-mails?

The add-on sends none. When you pick a mailing list, the core Newsletters add-on handles the subscription with its own settings.

Which visitors can see a popup that targets signed-in customers or a cart amount?

The browser asks the store for the cart subtotal and the sign-in state when a popup needs them. The sign-up checks the same rules again on the server.

Can a visitor get many codes?

One result per e-mail address and popup, and at most 10 sign-ups in 10 minutes from one visitor session. A unique code from Coupon Codes Pro goes to one address only.

Where are the addresses kept?

In the store database, under Collected e-mails. Uninstalling the add-on deletes them.
