Questions
Do you change CS-Cart core files?
No. Custom work uses CS-Cart hooks, template overrides and add-on schemas, like our catalog add-ons, so you can keep upgrading CS-Cart.
Who owns the code?
You get a license to use and change the delivered add-on on your own stores. If the feature is useful to others we may ask to add it to the catalog; that is always your choice.
Can you work on another developer's add-on?
Yes, if its license allows changes. We check that first and tell you in the quote.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Anything that does not work as agreed is fixed free for 3 months after delivery. After that, hour blocks or a monthly plan cover changes.
