Multichannel Product Feeds: overview1 of 18
What it does
For stores that advertise beyond Google. Each channel comes as a template with the columns it expects, their limits and allowed values: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Shopping, Snapchat, Criteo and idealo, plus a custom CSV, TSV, XML or JSON feed with your own column names. You choose where each value comes from: product fields, features, options, computed labels or a fixed value. Works on CS-Cart with several storefronts and on Multi-Vendor, where vendors can get feeds of their own products.
How it works
In Marketing, pick a channel, check the field mapping, set filters and rules, and click Generate now. A progress bar shows the batches; the preview shows the first items as the channel will receive them. Copy the feed URL with its secret token into the channel as a scheduled feed. The cron job regenerates each feed on its schedule in resumable steps, so a web cron with a time limit can still build large catalogs. The published file changes only when the new one is complete.

Works with Stock Statuses & Lead Times: when that add-on is installed and gives a product a status with a feed value (in stock, out of stock, backorder or pre-order), the feed uses that value and its dispatch date for availability and availability_date. Statuses set to "automatic" and stores without the add-on keep the stock-based value as before. Statuses are resolved once per product batch.
Tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2, CS-Cart 4.17.2, Multi-Vendor 4.21.2. No breaking changes.

Channel templates for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Shopping, Snapchat, Criteo and idealo, and a custom feed with editable column names.
CSV, TSV, XML (RSS 2.0 with the Google namespace, or plain) and JSON output, optional gzip.
Field mapping per feed: product fields, features, options, computed labels and fixed values with defaults; optional columns can be left out.
Validation per channel template with a report per feed (issues, products, fixes, CSV export); items with errors are skipped.
Variations as items grouped by item_group_id, with the variation values in the titles.
Product selection (categories, vendors, price range, stock, image, product IDs) and rules (exclude, set field).
Feed currency and language, sale prices from catalog promotions, price adjustment, shipping costs, idealo delivery and payment cost columns, UTM tagging.
Secret feed URLs with ETag / Last-Modified, token regeneration.
Scheduled generation from the console or a cron URL in resumable steps; "Generate now" with a progress bar; admin preview.
Google category mapping with the mapping of Product Feed Pro for Google Merchant Center as a fallback.
Multi-Vendor vendor feeds and vendor columns; optional vendor-managed feeds. Ultimate feeds per storefront.
Domain-bound license check; without a valid license no feed is generated and the feed URLs keep serving the last files.
Tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2, CS-Cart 4.17.2, Multi-Vendor 4.21.2. First release.
Which channels are included?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Shopping (Bing), Snapchat, Criteo and idealo, plus a custom feed (CSV, TSV, XML or JSON) with editable column names for any other partner.
Do I need a channel account to try it?
No. Feeds are files the channel fetches from your store. You can create feeds, check the preview and the validation report and open the feed URL without any account; you add the URL in the channel when you are ready.
How do I make catalog ads match my pixel events?
Use the same ID in the feed as in the pixel: Products → Item ID (product code or product ID, plus prefix). With Marketing Pixels Pack or Server-Side Tracking for Meta installed, the feed page shows whether their content IDs match.
Why are some products missing from the feed?
Open the Validation report. Products with errors (for example no image, zero price, or no brand on TikTok) are left out while Skip items with errors is on; the report tells you what to fix. Products can also be left out by the product selection or a rule (counted as skipped or excluded).
How are variations sent?
Each variation is its own item with its own ID, price, stock and image, and item_group_id (the variation group code) groups them, as every channel expects. Turn off Variations as separate items to send only the main products.
How large can the catalog be?
The feed is built in batches with flat memory. 50,000 products took about three minutes in one console cron run, or three 20-second steps from the web cron or the admin progress bar.
Can I use it together with Product Feed Pro for Google Merchant Center?
Yes. They are independent; this add-on uses its Google category mapping as a fallback and can copy it. Google Shopping itself stays with Product Feed Pro.
Can vendors use it on Multi-Vendor?
The administrator can build feeds per vendor. With Vendors can manage their own feeds on, vendors create feeds of their own products in the vendor panel.
Can the feeds use our own availability statuses, such as "Ships in 3–5 days"?
Yes, with Stock Statuses & Lead Times (version 1.0.1 or later of this add-on). Each status there has a feed value: in stock, out of stock, backorder, pre-order or Automatic. For a product with a status that sets a value, every channel gets that value in its own wording, and backorder and pre-order items also get the dispatch date where the channel has an availability date column. Products with an Automatic status, and stores without that add-on, keep the value this add-on works out from the stock.
What happens if the license lapses?
Feed generation is switched off: scheduled and manual runs stop, and the feed URLs keep serving the last generated files unchanged, so your ads keep running on the last data. Once the license is valid again, the next cron run updates the files.
The admin panel shows a license notice.
Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Multichannel Product Feeds → Settings → License. The status line says what is wrong: no key, a key for another add-on, a revoked license or a domain the license does not cover. Fix it and click Check now. See License.
Does the add-on work on my staging copy?
Yes. Subdomains of your licensed domain (for example staging.yourstore.com) and local development hosts (localhost, private IP addresses, .local, .test) are covered by the same license.
Does the license check slow down my store?
No. The check runs in the admin panel or from cron, once a day. The storefront never runs it, and the add-on has no storefront output.
Add a released add-on to this order and save 15% on it. It uses the same edition and store domain.
