Marketing Pixels Pack: TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Microsoft Ads, X, Reddit, LinkedIn: overview1 of 10
What it does
Every ad platform asks for its own tag and its own shopping events before campaigns can optimize for sales. This add-on installs the tags of TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Advertising, X, Reddit and LinkedIn and sends product views, searches, add to cart, checkout started, purchases and sign-ups with values, currency and product IDs. For CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor stores that advertise beyond Google and Meta, without pasting code into templates.
How it works
Open the settings, switch a platform on, paste its ID and pick the events. A status table shows which platforms are active. Switch on test mode and open the store with a test link: only your browser loads the tags, and a debug panel lists each event per platform with its event ID. The tags wait for marketing consent from Cookie Consent Manager, the CS-Cart cookie dialog or your own banner. Purchases are reported on the order confirmation page, once per order.

TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, Snap Pixel, Microsoft Advertising UET tag, X (Twitter) Pixel, Reddit Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, each with its own enable switch, ID check and event selection.
E-commerce events: page view, product view, search, add to cart (every add-to-cart path, AJAX included), checkout started (once per cart content), purchase (order confirmation page, once per order, failed orders skipped) and sign-up.
One event ID per event for every platform; order-based event IDs for purchases.
Product IDs by product code or product ID with an optional prefix (same rule as the Google Merchant Center feed); values in the customer's or a fixed currency; purchase value as total or subtotal.
Consent-aware loading: Cookie Consent Manager by Kavio Labs, the CS-Cart cookie dialog (GDPR add-on) or kvMarketingPixels.consent().
Test mode (tags only in test browsers) and a debug view (console log and an on-page event panel).
Status block of all platforms on the settings page.
Full page cache (4.21) safe output; license check.
Tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2. First release.
Does it also send Google Analytics or Meta (Facebook) events?
No. Google is covered by Ecommerce Tracking Pro (GA4 & GTM) and Meta by Server-Side Tracking for Meta Pixel & CAPI. This add-on adds the other ad platforms and works next to both.
I already pasted the TikTok (or another) code into my theme. What now?
Remove the pasted code (template, HTML block or Google Tag Manager tag) before you switch the platform on here. Otherwise the platform receives every page view and event twice.
Does it send server-side events (Events API, Conversions API)?
Not in version 1.0.0: the events are sent by the platforms' browser tags. Every event already carries an event ID (purchases an ID derived from the order), so server-side events can be matched with them later.
Why do I see no events in the ad platform?
Check the Status block on the General tab: the platform must say Active. Then open your store with ?kv_mpx_test=1 and the debug view on: if the panel lists the events but the platform shows nothing, check the ID and the platform's test tool (see Usage). If the panel says Waiting for marketing consent, accept marketing cookies in your banner. An ad blocker in your browser also blocks the tags.
Will a purchase be counted twice if the customer reloads the confirmation page?
No. The purchase is reported only the first time the order confirmation page is shown.
A customer paid on the payment provider's page and never came back to the store. Is the purchase reported?
No. Browser tags can report a purchase only when the customer's browser shows the order confirmation page. Server-side events (planned for a later version) close this gap.
Which product ID should I choose?
The same as in the product catalog you use for the platform's dynamic or shopping ads. If you create your catalogs from the Google Merchant Center feed of Product Feed Pro, keep the defaults: product code, with the product ID when a product has no code, and the same prefix as the feed.
Do the tags slow down my storefront?
The add-on adds one small configuration script to the page head and one script file. The platform tags load asynchronously, after consent, and do not block the page.
Does it work with the full page cache of CS-Cart 4.21?
Yes. Cached pages carry no visitor data; see Usage.
Does it work with Multi-Vendor?
Yes. The tags belong to the marketplace owner; vendors have no settings. A checkout with several vendors is one purchase.
What happens if the license lapses?
Without a valid license (no key after the 14-day start period, an invalid or revoked key, a domain the license does not cover, or no successful check for 14 days), no tag is loaded and no event is sent on the storefront. Checkout and orders are not affected, and your settings are kept. Once the license is valid again, the tags are back.
The admin panel shows a license notice.
Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Marketing Pixels Pack: the License card at the top says what is wrong: no key, a key for another add-on, a revoked license, or a domain that the license does not cover. Fix it on the License tab and click Check now. See License.
Does the add-on work on my staging copy?
Yes. Subdomains of your licensed domain (for example staging.example.com) and local development hosts (localhost, private IP addresses, .local, .test) are covered by the same license. Use test mode there, so staging traffic does not reach your ad accounts.
What happens if your license server is down?
Nothing changes for your store. If the license server cannot be reached, the add-on keeps working for 14 days after the first failed check and checks again every hour.
Does the license check slow down my storefront or checkout?
No. The check runs only in the admin panel or from cron, at most once a day, never while customers browse or check out.
