What it does
TikTok Shop Connector links a CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor store to TikTok Shop, the shopping channel inside TikTok where sellers in the US, UK, EU and South-East Asia sell through videos, live streams and the shop tab. You register your own app in TikTok Shop Partner Center and authorize your shop once. The add-on then creates your products there, keeps stock and price current and brings paid orders into CS-Cart. Made for store owners who want one more sales channel without a second catalogue or manual order entry.
How it works
1. Register your app in Partner Center and enter its app key and secret in test mode. 2. Open the authorization link, approve your development shop and test the connection. 3. Map a category and its required attributes, then add products: they are created on TikTok Shop and audited there. 4. Cron imports orders, follows their status and reports shipments and cancellations. 5. Switch to live mode; the access token is renewed automatically.

The add-on is built for your own app: you register one custom app in Partner Center and authorize your shop for it. There is no fee for the registration; TikTok Shop reviews apps and may ask for business details, and which API scopes your app gets is decided by TikTok Shop

Products created from your catalogue (category and attribute mapping, images uploaded, brand, package weight) with the audit result shown per product; stock and price updates found by seller SKU with price rules and stock buffer.
Paid order import (unpaid and on-hold orders wait), equal units grouped, status follow; shipment reported with Ship Package (seller shipping: tracking number and shipping provider by carrier name; TikTok shipping: handover method); cancel order with seller reasons.
Returns and buyer cancellation requests listed read only; optional webhooks (order, cancellation and return status) with signature check; throttling answers retried.

Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?
Yes. The add-on supports CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner can use one TikTok Shop account for everyone or let each vendor connect their own.
Which CS-Cart versions are supported?
4.17.2 to 4.21.x.
Do I need a TikTok Shop Partner Center account?
Yes, a free one: you register your own custom app (app key, app secret, redirect URL) and authorize your shop for it. See Installation. TikTok Shop decides which API scopes your app gets and may review it.
Is there a sandbox?
TikTok Shop offers development shops (Partner Center, Development Kits). They use the same API address as live shops: test mode just uses the app and shop you saved as test.
Which markets?
The add-on talks to the global Partner Center API and works with the shop region it is authorized for (for example US, UK, EU countries, South-East Asia). Prices are sent in the shop region's currency. Availability of the API for a market, category or seller type is decided by TikTok Shop.
Where are my credentials stored?
In your own database, encrypted. The key is derived from your store's secret in config.php, so a database dump alone does not reveal them. They are never shown again after saving.
Does it send data to Kavio Labs?
No. The add-on talks to TikTok Shop only. The license check sends your domain name to the Kavio Labs license server once a day (Kavio Labs downloads).
What happens when TikTok Shop is down?
Jobs fail, wait and are retried automatically (5 minutes up to 12 hours). Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
What happens when the license expires?
New work stops (no new documents, rates, syncs or payments). Work already under way is still finished.
How do I get updates?
Install the new package over the old one. See Installation.
