What it does

For stores in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Croatia that ship to BOX NOW parcel lockers. The add-on adds a BOX NOW locker shipping method with your own price and connects it to your own BOX NOW partner account (Stage sandbox and Production). It needs a BOX NOW partner registration; the account is not included. Multi-Vendor marketplaces can use one account for all vendors or let each vendor connect their own.

How it works

Enter the BOX NOW client id and secret, test the connection and choose your warehouse. At checkout the customer chooses a locker on the BOX NOW map or in the list; the store checks it against the BOX NOW locker list. On the order page, request the delivery with one or more parcels, prepaid or cash on delivery, and download the PDF or ZPL label. BOX NOW sends parcel events to your store, and cron reads them as a safety net. Cancel, change the return option or create a customer return from the same tab.

Locker shipping method with the merchant's own price (flat or by weight), free shipping threshold and weight limit; offered only in the account's country, up to 20 kg and for boxes that fit 60 x 45 x 36 cm.

Duplicate protection: the shipment row and its stable order number are written before the request under a per-order lock; P410 conflicts and unknown results are resolved through GET /parcels?orderNumber= before anything is sent again.
Cancellation at BOX NOW per parcel, allowReturn per delivery, customer returns with the return label.
Tracking from BOX NOW webhook events (secret URL per account, idempotent by event id, ordered by data.time, never backwards) and GET /parcels polling as a safety net.
Refused credentials or a disabled account pause the automatic calls of that account until the credentials are saved or tested again.
Multi-Vendor: marketplace owner mode or one BOX NOW account per vendor, vendor privileges per action, queue-wide actions for administrators only.
