Cdiscount Marketplace Connector

What it does

Cdiscount is one of the largest marketplaces in France, run on the Octopia platform. This add-on integrates CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Ultimate with the Octopia Seller API, using your own Cdiscount seller account and API credentials. It suits French and European shops that want Cdiscount as an extra sales channel, and marketplaces whose vendors sell on Cdiscount with their own accounts.

How it works

Enter your seller ID, client ID and client secret, test on the Octopia Seller Sandbox, then switch to Cdiscount. Set VAT, delivery modes, preparation time and carrier, add products. The sync checks each EAN, sends offers in packages and reads the result per offer. New orders are accepted and imported once Cdiscount gives the address; a CS-Cart shipment with a tracking number reports its lines as shipped. Failed jobs are retried and logged.

• Cancellations at Cdiscount followed in CS-Cart, accepted orders cancelled from the Orders page with a reason
• Quotas respected, refused credentials pause the account, job queue with retries and a log
• Multi-Vendor: one marketplace account or one Cdiscount account per vendor
• Links and settings kept on uninstall, so a reinstall never imports an order twice
