Built for
Amazon Seller Connector (SP-API): Create Amazon listings, sync price and quantity and import orders with your own private SP-API app1 of 7
What it does
Amazon has separate stores in 23 countries. If you run a CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor store and want Amazon as an additional sales channel, this add-on connects your own Amazon seller account to your shop. You register as a private developer for your own account, create an app and authorize it yourself: no Kavio Labs account and no AWS keys are involved. You choose the Amazon store per connection, for example US, UK, DE or JP.
How it works
Create a private app in Seller Central, authorize it for your account and enter the client ID, client secret, refresh token and Seller ID on the Connection page. Test against the Amazon sandbox, then switch to live. Map categories, attributes and products; the sync creates listings, reads back Amazon's own messages when one is refused and pushes price and stock. Orders are imported once; failed jobs retry automatically and show in the log.
Features
Your own private Amazon app (self-authorization) with Login with Amazon: secrets and refresh token stored encrypted, access token renewed automatically, sandbox and live kept apart
All 23 Amazon stores of the Selling Partner API, one connection per store, prices in the store's currency
Category mapping to Amazon product types, with the required attributes read from Amazon's product type definitions and mapped to product features or fixed values before anything is sent
Listings created with the Listings Items API, matched by barcode (EAN, UPC, GTIN) and SKU, with Amazon's own issues shown on the product
Price and quantity as partial updates, with markup, rounding, stock buffer and handling time
Merchant fulfilled orders imported without duplicates with delivery address and unit prices, using the current Orders API, or the older one with a Restricted Data Token
Tracking numbers sent as shipment confirmations
Job queue with automatic retries and rate limit handling, log with filters and CSV export
Multi-Vendor: one Amazon account for the marketplace or one per vendor
Not in this version: Fulfilled by Amazon, variations, cancellations and returns from the store

Initial release, built on the shared Marketplace Hub.
Connection with your own private Amazon app (self-authorization): LWA client ID, client secret and refresh token stored encrypted, Seller ID, Amazon store (23 stores), test mode on the Amazon sandbox and live mode, connection test.
Product types and their required attributes read from Amazon's Product Type Definitions API, category and attribute mapping, price rules and stock buffer.
Listings created with the Listings Items API (put), matched by barcode and SKU, with Amazon's issues read back; price and quantity pushed with partial updates (patch).
Merchant fulfilled order import with the Orders API v2026-01-01 (default) or the deprecated v0 with a Restricted Data Token; status follow; tracking numbers sent with confirmShipment.
Job queue with retries and back-off, rate limit (429) handling, cron (command line and secret address), log viewer with CSV export.
Multi-Vendor: marketplace owner mode or one Amazon account per vendor.
Not included: Fulfilled by Amazon, variations, cancellations and returns from the store.
Tested on Multi-Vendor 4.17.2. First release.
Does it work with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor?
Yes. In Multi-Vendor the marketplace owner can use one Amazon account for everyone or let each vendor connect their own.
Do I need to be an Amazon developer or pay for API access?
You register as a private developer for your own seller account (Professional selling plan, primary user) and authorize your own app; Amazon documents this for private applications and does not charge for it. There is no Kavio Labs account in the middle: your keys and refresh token stay in your store. Amazon reviews developer profiles and can ask questions.
Does it need AWS keys or request signing?
No. Amazon's current SP-API documentation authorizes calls with the Login with Amazon access token only.
Does it support Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)?
Not in 1.0. It lists, prices and imports merchant fulfilled offers. FBA orders are not imported.
Which Amazon stores?
The 23 stores of the Selling Partner API: US, CA, MX, BR, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, IE, SE, PL, TR, AE, SA, EG, ZA, IN, JP, AU and SG. One connection per store.
Why does the order import mention a deprecated API?
Amazon deprecated Orders API v0 on 2026-01-28 and removes it on 2027-03-27. The connector uses the new v2026-01-01 API by default and keeps v0 as an option until it is removed.
Which CS-Cart versions are supported?
4.17.2 to 4.21.x.
Where are my credentials stored?
In your own database, encrypted. The key is derived from your store's secret in config.php, so a database dump alone does not reveal them. They are never shown again after saving.
Does it send data to Kavio Labs?
No. The add-on talks to Amazon only (Login with Amazon and the Selling Partner API). The license check sends your domain name to the Kavio Labs license server once a day (Kavio Labs downloads).
What happens when Amazon is down?
Jobs fail, wait and are retried automatically (5 minutes up to 12 hours). Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
What happens when the license expires?
New work stops (no new documents, rates, syncs or payments). Work already under way is still finished.
How do I get updates?
Install the new package over the old one. See Installation.
Add a released add-on to this order and save 15% on it. It uses the same edition and store domain.
