Bulk Image Uploader by SKU

What it does

For stores that get photos from a photographer or supplier and add them one product at a time. Core CSV import can attach images, but it needs a file list and server paths. This add-on needs neither: drop files or a folder on one admin page. BT-100.jpg becomes the first image of SKU BT-100, BT-100_2.jpg the second. For CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.17.2 to 4.21.x. Vendors can use it on their own products.

How it works

Open Products, Bulk image upload and drop images or a folder. The add-on reads the SKU from each name and shows the product, the role and the status. Choose the product for a shared SKU or type a SKU for an unmatched file. Choose how to treat existing images: add, set a new main image, replace all, or fill only empty products. Set an alt text template, then upload. Files are checked on the server, and images go through the core image functions.

What you get

Compatibility

We list only the builds we install and test on. “Tested” means the full test plan was run on that build; “Supported” means the build is inside the supported range and uses the same hooks.
