Arcade theme

What it is

Arcade is a storefront theme for Multi-Vendor marketplaces of independent shops (makers, crafts, local food, design, city markets) and for CS-Cart concept stores and gift shops that sell by shop or by brand.

Four styles change the whole street: Lantern (warm enamel facades), Neon (a dark night market with glowing signs), Chalk (black line drawing, one accent) and Pier (pastel seaside).

Each style changes the ground, bands, type weight and card treatment, not only the accent colour. Open any of them in the live demo.

Arcade sells the shops, then the goods:

• Every window shows the shop's real best sellers with prices
• An Enter shop door on every window and a seller card on every product
• A directory that finds any shop from A to Z
• Today's offers with a countdown to the real promotion end only
• Add buttons on every shelf and offer line
• A cached data layer, so many shops stay fast
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 in every style

How it works

Install the package in Add-ons: it adds the Arcade theme without touching your storefront. Activate Arcade in Website, Themes and pick a style. The next admin page adds the demo street, so every section is filled at once; replace it step by step.

On Multi-Vendor every vendor is a window, on CS-Cart every top-level category. The goods in the windows come from your sales and update themselves.
