A department-store theme for large catalogues: colour-coded departments, a department list beside the hero, tabbed product blocks and a sticky buy box.

Atlas is a storefront theme for general and multi-department stores with large catalogues, on CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor. It keeps the mega-store structure shoppers know and adds a clear department colour system: menu dots, department list markers, tiles and card labels share one colour per department.
Four styles change more than the accent: Meridian (white and teal), Harbor (navy and coral), Citrus (cream and sun yellow) and Night (dark with pastel tiles).
Four styles, one theme
Each style changes the ground, bands, type weight and card treatment, not only the accent colour. Open any of them in the live demo.
Atlas helps shoppers reach products in fewer steps:
Department list, menu, tiles and search with a department selector
Cards with brand, swatches, stock and an add button on every card
Sticky buy box, sticky buy bar on phones and a cart side panel
Countdowns only for real promotion end dates
Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 in every style
Twelve settings instead of hundreds, finished look out of the box
Works with the 4.21 full page cache and styles Kavio Labs add-ons
How it works
Install the package in Add-ons: it adds the Atlas theme without touching your storefront. Activate Atlas in Website, Themes and pick a style. The next admin page adds the demo catalogue, so every homepage section is filled at once; replace it with your own products step by step.
Departments are your top-level categories; their colours follow their position. Edit the hero, offers and promotions in the Block Manager, and switch the department list, colours, buy bar and countdowns in the settings.

Demo content: departments now have subcategories (shown in the department rail flyout, the mega menu, the department tiles and the category tree), and the deals carry a real time-limited demo promotion, so the deal countdowns run right after activation.
Demo content: products show realistic item numbers instead of internal demo codes.
Built on the Kavio theme kit 1.1.2 (demo content: visible product codes, optional quantity discounts and taxes for demo products).
Tested on CS-Cart 4.17.2, Multi-Vendor 4.21.2, Multi-Vendor 4.17.2. No breaking changes.

Does Atlas work with my add-ons?
Yes. Atlas is a child of the standard Responsive theme and does not override product, cart or checkout templates, so add-on hooks keep working. Kavio Labs add-ons are styled to match each style.
Does it work on CS-Cart and on Multi-Vendor?
Yes, one package for both. On Multi-Vendor it adds the seller line on cards, the seller box on product pages, Top shops on the homepage and a shop header on vendor pages.
How do I change the colour of a department?
The colour follows the position of the top-level category (Products → Categories). Move the category to another position, or turn Department colours off to use the accent colour everywhere.
Why does a product show no countdown?
Countdowns only appear for catalog promotions with an end date. Atlas never shows invented timers.
Why do some cards show no stars?
Products without reviews show no rating, so shoppers never see empty "0.0" ratings.
Where do the "more offers" in the seller box come from?
From the Master products add-on (several vendors selling the same product). Without it the seller box shows the vendor only.
What happens without a licence?
A new installation works for 14 days. After that, without a valid licence, the storefront shows the standard Responsive look; cart, checkout and orders keep working and visitors see no message. The admin panel tells you why and how to fix it. See Configuration.
Does the theme work on my staging copy?
Yes. Subdomains of your licensed domain and local development hosts are covered by the same licence.
What happens if your licence server is down?
Nothing visible: the theme keeps the last verified result and keeps working for 14 days while it retries.
Will an update overwrite my changes?
No. Files you changed are kept (a notice lists them), and layouts and blocks are never replaced.
