Is it dishwasher safe?
The bottle and the lids are top-rack safe. Hand washing keeps the colour bright for longer.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every seal, lid and wall for as long as you own it. If it stops keeping cold or starts to leak, we replace it. No receipt needed.
Can I put hot drinks in the straw lid?
Use the loop cap or the sport cap for hot drinks. The straw lid is made for cold drinks and ice.
How does the 60-night trial work?
Use it for up to 60 nights. If it is not for you, send it back in any condition for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on orders over $40.
Can I engrave a name?
Yes: up to 14 letters on the side of any bottle or tumbler. Engraved items ship within two days.
